This is my 2nd treadmill from Nordictrack. The first lasted a very long time. It is a good unit, the screen size is great, it was easy to set up and get running. Only drawback is that this particular treadmill does not have the adjustable more robust base. If you are going to do a lot of training on it, I would suggest the incline model that does have that however it comes at an "inclined" price comparatively.

Pros: - The screen is large and beautiful - The IFIT program is great - started out with no intention of using it, but got hooked Cons: - The treadmill belt is squeaky - very very annoying - the treadmill belt ‘give’ isn’t great. It feels much harder than I would expect for this price.

The NordicTrack 2450 treadmill is a sturdy and smooth machine. I am not a runner by any stretch but I love the convenience of the NordicTrack especially for going on a walk or a run. It has a built-in fan which keeps me cool in the unfavorable hot conditions here in Florida. I also love the trainer-led workouts and I have grown considerably in my running expertise. I highly recommend this treadmill .

Delivery was not as described. Instructions explained having IFIT account set up online so delivery personnel could assist in set up but they plugged it in and left. My first workout was spent attempting to contact customer support which went for 15 min until I gave up and dove into the assembly instructions. Every step I took would slow the treadmill down and then speed back up. I weigh 200 pounds so well below the weight limit. I adjusted the tension as discovered in the manual and it improved. Then I discovered that the speed/distance is off 10%. Treadmill reads 6mph but is actually 5.5. At this price point I was hoping for better. I sent a message through IFIT through the app several days ago but have still not heard back. I’m really hoping this is a correctable issue.

I purchased my treadmill in February, set it up in April and since then I have had the incline frame replaced, the console replaced, and now the walking board is cracked all the way down the entire machine. I am getting a new part for that now, which is out of stock and out about a month. I have had so many software and mechanical problems, I would not purchase a NordicTrack product again.

The machine was delivered without some parts. It's been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone by phone to fix it (on hold for hours and hours) I also had problems with delivery (It took six weeks - and many no-show appointments) This has been the worst purchase experience of my life.

I have been using NordicTrack/IFit for 2 years and could not be happier with the results. This treadmill exceeded my expectations, nice big screen and I love the variety of programming and the various trainers featured. I am in the best shape of my life, in my late 40s because of NordicTrack. No need for a gym membership, and I have everything in the convenience of my own home.

it was not very easy to setup and it was disappointing with the shipping process in receiving it with no advanced warning and we were out of town. The unit is good to use with I Fit, but it is hard to find what I am looking for as far as the exercise is concerned.

We have been using our new treadmill for 4 months and have been very happy with our purchase. The IFIT training system coupled with the larger video monitor on the 2450 make it a pleasure to workout. I especially like the fact that the screen pivots so that you can see it easily when doing other workouts. VERY pleased with the construction of this machine. We keep the unit in our finished basement home gym. In August of this year, our home town survived a "200 year storm" and many, many basements flooded, including ours which had 5 inches of standing water for 12 hours. When we finally got the floor dried I waited 2 days and then turned on the machine, expecting it to be added to our list of items for insurance coverage, but it fired right up and all components and features worked perfectly! We highly recommend this unit for your home gym.

As someone who is building out their first home gym, I wanted products with high quality. For the treadmill, I really wanted something that wouldn't make me feel cramped on the running surface. I travel for work and spend plenty of time in hotel gyms. I feel fortunate to use a Nordictrack in one of these gyms. The plus of owning my own now is the HUGE 14-inch touchscreen display, vast amounts of workouts, the Autobreeze Fan, and study machine. While set up took a while, and I had to have friends over for help, once it is up and running it is a must-have for anyone looking to build a home gym or have a solid built piece of equipment in their home. While this is an incentivized review, I am incredibly pleased with this product and hope it lasts many years to come.
