I'm happy with the treadmill, BUT I purchased a 3 year iFit plan and I am unable to register an ifit account. I have spent an excessive amount of time on the phone only to be sent to the wrong department!! Using the website, 1) if I try to set up and account I am told that an account already exists and 2) when i try to sign in I am told my email and password don't match. When I try to sign into my iFit from the treadmill screen, I receive the following "OOPS, there was a problem logging you in".

Have used for 2 month now. Have had to replace front roller. Had to install myself because the manufactures warranty wont send out a service technician. Was told the part could be replaced in about 10 minutes. Actual time was closer to 90 minutes. Still have a terrible cricking sound sound. Have been passed around like a dirty diaper trying to get some resolution on this issue.

I have always hated treadmill running. But this treadmill has a wider track and I love the big screen. Only wish the screen would angle back. Not just side to side. I also am enjoying the iFIT as the trainers give great tips. Also creating routes makes it more enjoyable.

The Nordictrack 2450 is an OUTSTANDING treadmill! Paired with the iFit workouts, it’s fabulous on the large screen, which makes it so much fun to exercise and learn. I always look forward to my next session! Do not hesitate to buy this machine, because it will inspire you to become more fit, while you enjoy the beautiful scenery of the fabulous, world wide photography. Treat yourself to this treadmill!! You will love it!

I've been a runner most of my life and have used a fair amount of treadmills varying in a range of quality and I REALLY enjoy running on this. It's smooth, responsive, and sturdy. I'm a stay at home mom with different school drop offs and schedules and the convenience of great gym equipment at home isn't something I've had before, but it is now something I won't compromise on anymore. With winter rapidly approaching I can continue to run and my kids don't have to freeze in the stroller. win win! This treadmill really is so nice. Love the slow safety release, and the large running deck allows a more natural running gait. The fan system is a huge perk, as is the swivel screen to do off treadmill workouts. They've managed to fit quality and quantity into a single piece of equipment. 10/10 recommend. This product was given at a discount for my honest review.

My old model 1750 died and decided to upgrade to the new model 2450. What a difference! Love the big screen, the elevation goes up and down so much faster. Prior the program would kick up your speed after coming off a high elevation but would take 30 seconds to go back to level. Know I dont know if it even takes 10 seconds. Controls are mostly the same. My one complaint would be that I wished the fan was adjustable. Right now it hits me in the belly and I'm only 6'. I would like to adjust higher to hit my face. So far enjoying it very much.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our NordicTrack Commercial 2450 - Not only does it help us get in shape, but, with the iFit subscription, it also allows us to see places in the world we would never dream of seeing!! Thank you NordicTrack for such a great product!

My wife loves every aspect of it. She talked me into buying it for me. However, she scammed me. It was actually for her. I’m 6’7” and find the hand ‘rails’ non-functional. I don’t use it. She uses it daily. However, it is a place to hang my cap when I use my recumbent bike.

The Commercial 2450 is my second NordicTrack treadmill and definitely my favorite! The design comfortably accommodates runners / walkers of all sizes. It's comfortable for me (a petite runner) and my very tall husband. The tread surface is comfortable, the IFit workouts are great, and the screen is easy to adjust to ensure a comfortable experience without straining while running / walking. Highly recommend this treadmill!

When I first acquired the treadmill, I was first fearful of durability. Thoughts of it breaking down just after warranty was my concern, so I had my whole family of six adults beat upon that thing hard enough for months. But it didn’t break. And now everyone is satisfied and we’re now down to our less frequent routines of once or twice a week, it is serving us faithfully. This treadmill is robust, reliable, comfortable to your feet, and it is simple to use and maintain. I have received the care kit, though I am yet to use it. I just dust it off with my clean paintbrushes every weekend. If I were to lower my ratings, it’ll not be by a whole star— maybe just a tenth because of your relationship with iFit; it complicates things a little because I want to use manual mode with my own music or quietly but still be able to save my workout without having to pay a ransom to iFit. Because of that I removed one stay anyway.
