We’ve had our treadmill for a few months and totally love it! It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I especially like the iFIT package. It includes walk, run, and hiking workouts with a variety of trainers. There are also HIIT training programs an even yoga. With the iFIT App you don’t even need to be near your machine. I’ll use a gym membership again!

For context I have had my treadmill 3 months. I did a lot of research on treadmills before landing on this one. I was specifically looking for something that was good for running, had a good length to it, and could handle a lot of miles and frequent use. This treadmill is substantial and does not bounce or jiggle at all. I was nervous about the screen bouncing, but it does not move at all. I love the screen size too - makes it easy to adjust and modify as needed. I had never used a subscription based program on a treadmill, so I was a bit hesitant at first about the iFIT subscription. I felt like I wouldn’t need or like the technology/bells and whistles. BUT, I will definitely wrong about that. Having iFIT programs has truly made my runs more enjoyable and a bit more challenging. The programs are set to simulate like you are running where your trainer is running so the treadmill inclines and declines if you are using one of the programs vs. just manually running. There is a manual feature, which is what I thought I would use more, but I am truly bought in on the iFIT training programs. I have been doing a running series through Costa Rica, and with it being winter and dreary, the tropical views and sunshine have been good for my soul. Again, not something I thought I needed, but that has been an added benefit to explore different cultures and countries while running. I also love that the screen turns and tilts, for off treadmill work which allows me see and follow the trainer. One other good nugget that I found was that you can have music playing in the background along with your trainer and you can control the volume settings of both so if you don’t want to hear the trainer or music you can turn them down or off completely. My tread also arrived REALLY quickly, which was a fun surprise. I have used my treadmill just about every day since I got it, and truly couldn’t be more happy with the purchase!

This treadmill was an upgrade from my older model Nordictrack commercial. It has a larger screen and quite running deck. Speed and incline adjustments are big touch buttons along the sides of the screen, making it easy to make adjustments while running. I'm a longtime i-fitter and this treadmill makes it easy and enjoyable to reach my fitness goals.

The iFit user interface can be significantly improved and it would be nice if you were able to stream TV or Netflix apps onto the device and have device chargers. That said, it has a lot of functionality for a treadmill and it is a well designed piece of equipment.

Delivery was fast and smooth. They showed up well within the window they said they were going to show up. Putting it together was mostly smooth with a few hiccups, but overall not bad. I did my first hike and the incline and decline was smooth and quiet. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to more iFit workouts on it

Love the treadmill, but the interface leaves a bit to be desired. I put it together with minimal issues, mostly by myself with a little help from the fam to hold and line things up. I am 200+ pounds and run ~6-8 minute miles. After about a month, the machine seems to be holding up well to the pounding; I get a little creak and squeak at high speeds (~8.5+). iFit is ok - the treadmill workouts are good but the HITT and other non-treadmill workouts are just “ok.” I was concerned I wouldn’t like the offset/moving camera angle for the runs and walks - that hasn’t been an issue at all. My biggest complaint is the lack of standby/sleep mode. The screen is on ALL the time unless you fully power down the machine, and unfortunately it takes 5-10 minutes to boot up. Total waste of energy resources, will wear down the screen over time, and lights up the room unnecessarily all night. Overall great machine with “meh” interface.

I've had my commercial 2450 about a year now and live everything about it. My initial experience with Jason from sales was a great start to my relationship NordicTrac! I've needed tech support once since I've had it and they were very helpful and informative! The treadmill has amazing features that make working out a one of a kind experience. The iFit trainers are fun and very motivating. Things I hope they do add in the future is the ability to Bluetooth your own audio along with the iFit trainers and also the ability to program a custom workout so you don't have to manually adjust your manual workouts. Overall still a 10/10 product!

I really live my machine with all the trainkng and trainer. They kinda keep my into my training and want to keep going. The only downside is the lagging. My WiFi speed is around 600 Mbits upload and download right beside my machine but still have some lagging in the video.

I just finished my second workout on the Commercial 2450 treadmill. What an awesome experience! It was totally unlike any treadmill I’ve ever used. I chose an “advanced” hike up Machu Piccu and had such a great time! The resolution of the screen was fantastic, Rivs (the instructor) was a wealth of knowledge, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. I found the controls easy to use, and the tread was smooth and quiet. The treadmill rose and fell seamlessly according to the Smart Adjust controls, and I was easily able to increase the speed to match my fitness level. This review was incentivized but reflects my honest opinion.

I absolutely LOVE my Commercial 2450. I was originally going to get a Peleton Tread because I liked the competitive aspect of the live classes, but I canceled my order & got a Commercial 2450. I’m a mom of 4 & this has been really helpful with motivating me to exercise. I like that the band is wide & I love the iFIT classes. You should 100% go with this machine. I also love the decline that the Peleton Tread didn’t have.
