The treadmill is good but the electronics (screen and software ) are lacking. You have to turn off the treadmill after use instead of being able to turn off the screen. When you turn it back on it takes way to long to come up. The user interface is poor and the touch screen is not very sensitive having to hit it multiple times. Nordictrack needs to update their system to be more like Peloton's.

Today, I had my first workout on the NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill; what an experience! A guided hike toward a Chilean volcano was a unique experience, to say the least. Anna Maria provided just the right amount of encouragement, and the camera work helped me feel like I was actually moving along the terrain. Camera work also provided beautiful shots of the surroundings. Smart Adjust is a brilliant feature, allowing the instructor to change pace and elevation to match the hike's path! The treadmill is very sturdy -- professional gym quality, for sure -- and operates very smoothly. The machine's tablet is larger than any I've ever used in decades of running on treadmills... and the resolution is terrific! I had hoped to track my heart rate on this workout, but I have not been able to figure out how to connect my fitness watch. While this review was incentivized, it accurately reflects my opinions and experience.

Machine shakes and creaks when running. Handles have a gap on one side. Tried calling. Spent hours on phone, after finally getting a human, he could barely speak English. Could not understand him. He put me on hold and ended up disconnecting and never calling me back. Have not had time to call back.

We recently purchased this 2450 for our home and we love it. The high definition screen is incredible and it's been really efficient to have a treadmill in the house. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

This treadmill has been a long time coming! When a friend showed me her Peloton recently, I realized I was only going to get back to serious exercise if I had equipment at home and had access to coaches and videos with a cool treadmill! With more research, I realized that NordicTrack was the better equipment for me. I love the IFIT programming and the ability to walk, run, and more around the world! In one day, I am running in Italy, stretching in Antarctica, and then meditating in Costa Rica. This is great motivation for me. In just 6 weeks, I am hooked now. I feel stronger and healthier. This is not your mom's treadmill-- this is WAY better!

Within first two weeks, My 6ft 2", 235 husband was training on it and running when load popping followed by aggressive squeaking. Despite having the warranty and it was put together by Nordic track people, it has been really difficult to get a ticket into the right place. I finally thought I did and a weird generic message came back saying it is under warranty and we need to go to ifit. In general, I like the iFit work outs and I can do them if I stay under seven and hold on as the surface is not even and is bouncy. The TV screen on this model is big and that is great but it is low for my 5 ft 7 " height. It's not adjustable. I think the programming for the ifit screen could do with a bit more user-friendly help it's tough to find the full series if you are trying to follow a plan and need flexibility.

The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 is worth the price. We have had it for about 3 weeks and find it to be well built and easy to use. The setup was well documented and not difficult. The iFIT has been useful as we get back into exercising no matter the type of fitness being sought. The 22" monitor makes all the difference. The only downside is the touchscreen requires a pretty aggressive touch.

I bought a NordicTrack Commercial 1750 in 2015. It was a rock solid treadmill that simply went out of warranty and was no longer served by iFit. I knew I wanted to stay with NordicTrack because of the quality and the iFit experience. The upgrade to the 2450 has been extraordinary! The new treadmill has a bit of a different design, a giant touchscreen, and many other features that differ from the old treadmill. But I feel like the quality is still there, and the experience is so much better. I love that I have the full iFit experience now too.

I spent a lot of time researching treadmill‘s and landed on the commercial 2450 by NordicTrack. It is by far one of my favorite purchases to date. I have run through Portugal and I am making my way through Morocco. It’s incredible! I have a desk that I put atop so that I can walk during meetings without missing a beat. Really wonderful piece of equipment.

So this our 2nd NordicTrack Treadmill and I loved my first one but I really love my newest one. The programmed workouts on the treadmill are incredible. My husband and I both use the /treadmill to walk and run and we both love all the options for beginner to advanced workouts. My husband used to never run on the treadmill until we purchased our newest one. He became intrigued with ifit and the treadmill after I talked non stop about the ifit trainers education and cool information they share. If you are on the fence go for it, you won't regret it!
