Bought this back in september of 24. My little one loves this car. Its fun for her and slow enough to walk behind. She was on it today and it started smoking real bad from the rear. The left rear motor has locked up on it and will not move. The electric motor has apparently burned up. I cant find anywhere where I can just purchase another motor for this model. Its still under thwb1 year warranty. Do i bring the whole thing back to the store?

We've been going through the battery drama for about 24hrs now. After unplugging and replugging about 20 times, I gave up but wanted to have everything together for pictures. I gave it one more shot, took the seat back off and realized I forgot to connect the connectors back before the 3rd round of charging... Well once I reconnected the connectors, hit the power button, put the car in forward, and pushed down on the pedal IT WORKED!!! Hopefully this helps someone else.

I bought the Bluey version of the car back in October to gift on Christmas. I was very disappointed that after charging for a full 10 hrs the car wouldn't work. It has been stored in a room in my house since I bought it, It just wouldn't turn on. I read a few reddit articles, and looked at youtube troubleshooting videos for ride-ons and double checked all the connections. Under the car seat I had connected and disconnected the main red battery connectors several times but after seeing someone's review saying the white connectors may be loose or mangled on the inside I unplugged checked them out and plugged those back in too and that did it. The white connectors were loose. So my recommendation, turn off the car. unplug the red and white connectors, check them out on the inside, double check that the metal inside isn't bent or twisted if they aren't, plug them back on and make sure they are seated fully. Then turn the car back on, put the car on forward by pressing the black toggle button, and press the pedal for a couple of seconds and it should work. If you do have any mangled connectors or your battery charger light never turns green call their customer service line. Those batteries can be dangerous and I wouldn't do any more troubleshooting without their guidance. My kid will get to play with it for the 1st time tomorrow I will update my review once she puts sometime on it.

Ordered the Bluey convertible for granddaughter right after Thanksgiving. Took out to charge up before Christmas could not ever get it to charge. Tester shows battery is good but won't charge. Spent hours trying to toubleshoot and still nothing. Very disappointing to everyone. Car is very cute but useless if don't run. Obviously I'm not the only one with this problem.

Like many others… assembled, fully charge, Doesn’t turn on. Called for help. Troubleshooter couldn’t figure it out. Wanted me to mail it back for replacement, after it was put together. No thanks, I’ll just return it to Sam’s.

Purchased this beautiful Bluey car for granddaughter for Christmas charged it for 24 hours and nothing will not move at all. It broke my heart to see my granddaughter cry for Christmas because she couldn’t enjoy the car and shame on the company who manufacture this toy knowing very well that it is a major issue with the bluey car.. I did get a refund at Sam’s Club, which was great, but I’m still disappointed!

Bought this for my Granddaughter in Sept for Christmas and shipped it to Washington. Has been stored in my daughters garage unopened waiting for Christmas. They charged it for over 8 hours and this morning she will have to hide it from my granddaughter because it will not turn on. Terribly disappointing. To make matters worse there are no Sam's clubs in the state of Washington. I will be asking for a replacement with a return label for shipping. We were all waiting out of state for the excitement of her having this toy. I can not express how much we are disappointed.

Asswmbled and fully charged and it doesnt work. Alot of people online seem to be habing the same issue.

Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas and it’s not turning on at all. Charged as directed and NO power.
