My old mattress was only a few years old but i would wake up aching and sore. That’s not the case with this mattress. It provides the firm support that my body needs but somehow still feels plush when I lay upon it. I no longer wake in the middle of the night with pain in my hips or back and I feel rested when I get up in the morning. I’m just so pleased with this Beautyrest Silver mattress!

This mattress is firm but allows my bones to be cushioned. I cant remember when ive had a good night's sleep before this mattress. Firmer is better for me and I now know that. I'm so excited now for rest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this queen size mattress to replace a full in our 2nd bedroom. I couldn't be happier. It is very comfortable and will give our guest some extra space. My hips were sore the other night so I thought I would try the new mattress. I have a medium pillow top Silver BRS900C. At first I thought it was a bit hard, but then settled into it. I got one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time, and my hip was without pain in the morning. I have spent several nights on it over the past week and am thinking of making it the master bedroom mattress.

The overall quality and firmness of this mattress is amazing. It is actually extra firm, so if you love your mattress very firm, this would be a great mattress for you. I think having a firm mattress is nice because it helps me sleep better at night and have such a great quality sleep. I hate waking up with a backache, and while I was sleeping on this mattress, I didn't have any issues with any pain. I actually work up very well rested. It's nice to actually be able to get a good night sleep and be well rested. What an amazing mattress this is. This mattress provides you with a great firmness, especially if that is what you're looking for in a mattress. I really love that you don't get woken up by your partner either. It offers a great low motion so that you shouldn't be able to feel when your partner moves. My partner seems to move a lot, so it's nice to have a mattress like this. I absolutely love the plush soft top as well. It's very soft and cushiony. It gives that great support while you are sleeping. This has been one of the best mattresses for keeping my back from aching. I love it! I certainly would recommend this mattress to anyone who loves a good firm mattress and wants better overall sleep. You'll wake up so refreshed and feeling great about your sleep. I really do enjoy this mattress. I'm so glad I was able to wake up feeling great. That's all I ever really want in a mattress, is to feel like you got a great nights sleep and you don't wake up with aches and pains anymore.

The first night sleeping on this mattress was the best sleep Ive had in a long time. I actually overslept and was late getting the kids to school. The mattress is firm enough that it supports my weight and doesn't add extra pressure on my shoulders and lower back. It is very thick and the material on the top of the mattress is very soft. The only con I have with this mattress is that I placed it on top of another mattress, so it constantly slides. If placed on a box spring or a platform bed, this shouldn't be a problem. I used to dread bedtime, but now because of this mattress I'm excited to go to bed now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautyrest Sliver Medium Pillow Top is helping me sleep better at night. I am not tossing and turning as much with this mattress. Plus, when I do turn, or my husband turns we are not feeling each other move. The pillow top really forms to your body as you are laying down. While this is a pillow top don't let it fool you that you it super soft. This is a lot firmer than I was expecting. This does have a cooling aspect to it, but I personally didn't feel the coolness to much. But I do feel it is working because I am not waking up hot like have with my past pillow top. Please keep in mind when purchasing sheets and protectors for this. You will need ones that have deep pockets. Normal sheets will not cover the whole mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Beautyrest Silver medium pillow top mattress is absolutely beautiful-the dark charcoal sides and white top with a slight grey checked pattern is almost too pretty to cover up with linens. The fabric feels durable, and is stitched securely-I see many years of use with the overall quality and construction. It's a very thick mattress so be sure to use deep pocket sheets so they don't pop off constantly. I also used a king size comforter so it would have sufficient overhang to meet the box spring and look more finished, I'm pretty picky with how my bed looks though. I chose to keep the box springs for additional height even though the mattress can be used without it. The first thing I noticed is how solid this mattress is, as if one complete piece of construction matterial..and that's a good thing! Absolutely zero transfer of motion, no movement at all, and tested by numerous cat pounces and dog jumps lol. That alone I knew would help me sleep better ;) And sliding out of bed in the morning isn't a heart stopper anymore because this mattress has the edge to edge support so you don't drop down 6 inches sitting on the edge...unlike my other. The first few nights were trial and error, I had to switch types of pillows a few times to get the proper head/neck height with how much I sunk into the amazingly lofty top. But once I figured out the perfect combination it was a sleeping on a cloud heaven! I used to toss and turn and wake up numerous times a night because of pressure point pain in my hip and knee, being a side sleeper doesn't leave to many choices with position shift, I am now sleeping through the night with no pains at all AND also no morning stiffness in my back or neck. Enough support but still feels soft if that makes sense? The best part I think is that I no longer wake up with damp linens from night sweats either, I don't know the fancy logistics of the cooling technology but it sure does work- I'll admit I was skeptical. Truly wonderful what this mattress has done for my sleep cycle :)

A month in and we absolutely love this mattress. It gives you the firm support you need while the pillow top gives you the comfort you desire. If you want a bed that you sink down into with no support, this mattress isn't for you. Firm support coupled with the comfy top is the combination that works for us.
