Ummm I’m sorry but this is not Oaxaca cheese. This is mozzarella!! It even has the texture of mozzarella . The taste is fine, good even, I’m not mad at it, but it’s not what I wanted. So I’ll pass.

I stopped using mozzarella when I found this cheese. It is excellent. It tastes like fresh milk, like it was just made. When heated on pizza, quesadillas, etc., it melts beautifully, doesn't get runny, stays white and stretchy, and is just delicious. I divide the pack into smaller sections and vacuum seal them. I gave some to my daughter a couple of months ago, and she told me later that it was the best mozzarella she'd ever had. I told her it was the Oaxaca!
