Not the best Oaxaca cheese but very good my family and I are very satisfied with it .

I wish my local Sam’s Club sold this cheese.

The texture is similar to the oaxacan cheese the only things is that is not very manageable to shred and i feel like it needs a little more flavor (salt) but it works fine if you get to make quesadillas with meat/chorizo

100% recomendado.perfecto para unas quesadillas con bistec ,una salsita y queda delicioso por que su sabor no es salado, incluso sin la carne asi solito el queso es riquísimo.

I've had authentic Oaxaca therefore I was expecting different taste and texture, tastes just like mozzarella

Love this cheese. Melts great and has a slightly saltier flavor than plain mozzarella. Great substitute.
