100% recomendado.perfecto para unas quesadillas con bistec ,una salsita y queda delicioso por que su sabor no es salado, incluso sin la carne asi solito el queso es riquísimo.

The texture is similar to the oaxacan cheese the only things is that is not very manageable to shred and i feel like it needs a little more flavor (salt) but it works fine if you get to make quesadillas with meat/chorizo

I've had authentic Oaxaca therefore I was expecting different taste and texture, tastes just like mozzarella
