I toast it and eat it with eggs and they are really good and healthy for you. Which is better for me right now.

This was my first time trying this product and we loved them. The flavor is delicious and the nutritional value is alot better than other bagels.

I add grass fed butter, garlic salt and everything seasoning to mine and I literally eat it everyday for breakfast. Simply the best.

One or the other halves needs to be "shaved" with a sharp knife to fit both halves in toaster. Too much hassle. Will not buy again.

I used with cream cheese, and separately with peanut butter. These were just okay. I'm not likely to purchase again because they are so expensive.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Thick sliced and power seeded. This is bread as it should be. Just delicious.
