The cake looked great & tasted good well worth the price. I was annoyed that i couldnot purchase in club and had to go on line. VERY inconvenient

I was a little bit disappointed, I thought there would be a little more decoration on the cake! The writing was a bit small as well! Cake itself was delicious!

My order was wrong and when I called to discuss this with the manager I never received a call back even after calling 2 times and what are you suppose to do when you go to pick the cake up and you have 30 minutes before the party starts there’s no way for them to correct their mistake either!!

The image on the top was not centered and it had bubbles so it did not look smooth. The bakery used Dark Blue to write my child's name on the Black Road. The size of the name was less than 1/2 inch big and was barely legible. When I picked it up, I asked if they could please write my child's name with frosting in Big Letters so that my child and her guests could read her name. I wrote down my child's name on a paper, plus it was already written in the corner. Alas, my child's name was spelled wrong....I did not make a big deal as my child is 4, but was not happy about this. I did make the best of the situation so that my child could enjoy her birthday party.

Decoration was subpar it really didn’t look a bit professional I was highly disappointed in the quality

The cake looked horrible, it was wrinkly and very cheap looking. The 2 decorations it comes with are also quite sad. I wish I would have gotten the cake elsewhere. When I inquired about why it looked so poorly I was told that was normal and there was nothing they could do about the wrinkles.

It would be nice if the writing was hand done, especially spending your hard earned money

I ordered this cake online and right after I called bakery to specify what I wanted done. I told them to write in the sky and not on the street and also put no cake toppers because I was planning on putting a motorcycle on the cake for my 15yr old. They did infact write in the middle of the cake and on the street and put toppers on that left a hole in the cake when I removed it. Also there is wrinkle or ripples in the image itself. Very disappointed momma.
