Great Product

I have ordered these bags three times and been very happy. The latest version is slightly changed for the worse. When I use a bag stand and pull at the top center, both the front and the back of the bag separate from the pack together, making it much harder to open and fill the bag while on the stand. Previously, just the front of the bag released, and the back stayed put so that I could fill the bag and then remove it from the stand. This minor difference really changes the functionality of the bags.

For last couple of years the manufacturer reduced the thickness of the bag drastically. So they tear very easily and the amount of weight it can hold is reduced almost to the half. So You have to use 2 bags now, diminishing all the price advantage. I have not tried Members Mark yet but that's my next purchase. SAMS must raise the issue with the manufacturer about the quality (thickness) of the bags.

We have bought these regularly for years. The last few months the quality has been terrible. They rip so easily with no unusual stress that we have had to throw away many of them. We throw away more than one in ten, maybe one in four or five. That aggravation is added to the aggravation of picking up spilled contents that have scattered across the floor. We will be looking for alternatives.

I'm in retail, need these bags for small items. I had another source for a similar bag but had trouble opening those because they were too thin. Customers can grow impatient as you are struggling to open a bag after having gone through the selection and sales process, it can look very unprofessional. These bags are thicker and I can open them easily. My only gripe is that over a 2-year period they are gradually getting thinner, I hope they don't get any thinner than this, which would be fine. I do wish there were stores that stock this item, Driving around I have found none.There are no Sam's Club stores near me.

Product is great for what we use it for, lining the kitchen trash container. Problem was with delivery. An unlabeled box was delivered to a building on a side street behind the delivery address. We were able to track the package down only because I noticed the location of the delivery vehicle on the tracking app was at that address not the correct one, mine. I did finally get the package two days after it was allegedly delivered. That only after calling to verify if it was next door. I think we should be paid for the "last mile" delivery, not the driver.

I have been buying these for 1 1/2 years. I have been very satisfied with these bags until I bought the last box. Noticed with this last purchase the bags were tearing frequently. As we would pull one off the bag rack, they would stick together and tear as we were trying to separate them. We had to discard many bags out of this box. All my employees are complaining of their poor quality. I'm not sure why this has changed, as they were not like this until this last purchase, which I believe was in November of 2019. I am purchasing one more box. If I see the same problems in this box, I will be forced to find another source.

I have been purchasing the white bags from Sams for years. Use them for doggie waste pickup. About every third bag from this Black Bags box is just a flat piece of plastic. Expected the same quality as the white ones but that is not the case. Will not purchase again.

These tough bags handle heavy litter pan clean outs, to bathroom bag liners! Highly recommend
