Good features
I bought this because I needed something lightweight and to avoid the gas smell/pulling an electrical cord behind me. I thought the directions were horrible but I got it figured out. I feel that the design for moving the shute could be better. I used it a week ago and being outside and hand cranking the lever to move the shute was hard. I thought that the metal rod would eventually break if I kept using the handle so I turned it a few times at the bend.
An Ergonomic Nightmare
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 6'3". The handles are way too low, even while adjusted all the way up. I have to hunch way over to use it. Also, the lack of adjustable front wheels means that you CANNOT use this on an unpaved surface. It just turns into a tiller and eats the blades. So, unless you are not tall and only have a paved surface to blow, you should avoid this blower like the plague.

Construction Problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lower bolts on the handle will not tighten completely because preassembled wheels keep them from turning far enough. One bolt even cracked trying to turn the final 2 or 3 turns needed to be tight. Was sent replacement bolts but still will not tighten completely.

Cordless snowblower
I recently purchased this product, and I was able to use it on a 6 inch snow. It handled clearing my driveway with ease. I live on a corner lot with sidewalks. My suggestion is to purchase additional batteries. I ran out of juice after my driveway and was not able to complete the snow removal on the sidewalks until the batteries recharged.

SO EASY TO USE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this snowblower a month ago - I just can't deal with shoveling snow anymore! I'm so sorry I didn't buy this sooner. It is light weight, easy to use, and works like a dream! I have a brick driveway and it goes right over it. It blows the snow 15-20 ft easily. I love the fact that it is battery powered. It is everything that the description says. It was simple to put together - I just love it!! I even used it out in the yard to make paths for my dog. My daughter saw it and immediately went to get one herself.

Not A Wonderful Blower
I decided to purchase this blower as a second one to my Honda-Two Stage Gas Powered Machine, which is FANTASTIC, figuring it would be good for smaller jobs and less snow. I am NOT in ANY WAY comparing them with each other. Today was my first time using the WORX machine, I I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The snow was about 4ft. high; in some areas a little higher. This machine is NOT for serious snow, even at a 2ft height. I purchased 2 sets of batteries. They barely lasted 20 minutes, each set. I put the first set into the charger and after over an hour, they are still not charged. The machine cannot go through even 2ft of snow easily. Nothing like the WORX video illustrated! The snow does NOT always pour out of the chute, but seems to be coming out from the front of the machine. This was NOT worth the time it took me to put it together! Most probably, I am going to send it back depending upon the shipping cost. I will search for a better secondary machine.
Hello Valued Customer. It's unfortunate to learn that the snowblower fell below your purchase expectations. It is always best recommended to do snow blowing during or right after a snowfall for optimum performance. I have emailed you offline for more assistance regarding this matter. Great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and received it right before it snowed. The snow blower is easy to use and the batteries lasted for a long time. It is easy to maneuver and easy to pickup and move. I am happy with this purchase.

No more shoveling!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up in Minnesota, shoveling snow for six months was the worst. Then when I bought my first gas snow blower back in the early ‘70’s, I found the gas blowers to be heavy and hard to maneauver. Also, every fall they would be hard to start after sitting for 6 months. But, not anymore! 2 years ago we bought an electric snowblower that worked pretty good here in Colorado, but pulling a 100’ electric cord was frustrating. Now that I have the WORX snow blower, the job is much easier due to the cordless power of the batteries and also, the light weight makes it a breeze to use. My wife is the first to go out after a snowfall and the first thing she does is get the WORX snow blower out. It works great in the lighter, powder we get in Colorado! Thanks for a great product.
“ Worx” great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it a few weeks ago and looking forward to using it. Well, it’s February 1st, in New York and as you may know SNOWING! I went out last evening when it started her in Maspeth and tried it out. Although there wasn’t that much snow that had fallen yet, what was on the ground was cleared immediately as I was using it. I had it running for over an hour and the batteries were hardly drained. I like that the unit is so lightweight. It was easy to assemble the handle and get it up and running. I’ll add another review once I get back out there and tackle the 12 plus inches we have so far. I expect that it will handle that with no issues.

Nice and Light and Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it twice in snow that was HEAVY and already had snow on the ground. It really threw the snow! It is a manual push, but it is light, so I had no problem navigating it. You get to control how deep to the ground you want to use it. We already had packed snow on the driveway and I was able to push it to the concrete. Yes, you have to have a bit of muscle power if you are going to the concrete, but I love it. My boyfriend was skeptical, but he took it to his mom's house and came back with, "Okay, it is good. Great purchase". I'll take that compliment. The instructions are just pictures, so it threw me for a loop. Once I figured it out, I think a five year old can do this. Just remember the orange attachments ARE the screwdrivers, per se. Could not find a video showing how to put it together. I might have been over thinking it. I use my Worx leaf blower to remove the snow from it and I bought a Dollar Tree toilet brush to clear out the chute and clear out the snow from the auger. Batteries did my entire driveway and sidewalks. Just purchased more batteries so I don't have to wait for the re-charge. Have an attached two car garage. Four cars can fit in driveway as a point of reference of area. One improvement I would make is not having the lights come on automatically to save on battery life; should have a button to turn them on if using at night. Easy to go over lawn to make a walkway to shed. You get to control the depth of what you want to throw. As a 53 year old, this is perfect. This is my 13th Worx product and EVERYTHING I have bought has been fantastic. Great product all around.
