Great taste, cook well if looking for crispy not it but great buffalo taste mild hot.

Nice flavor Alot of fat. Mostly drummys.

Only a tiny bit spicy, could use more spice. Perfect taste and texture.

We serve these at parties, however, we add a little my heat.
