Clear, vibrant picture. Needed to buy a sound bar because unit speakers not good. Darker picture when viewing from the side than last Samsung TV we purchased. The remote is too small and much more difficult to use (no numbers, any signs on the remote not colored enough). Will look to see if there is a replacement remote that is easier to use. All areas with controls are too small.

When my 55" Vizio died, I purchased a 50" Samsung because it was a great deal. But it drives me crazy. Only a few of the icons are loaded and I have to search if I want to watch something, like Pluto or Classic Movies+. I still haven't found the space key in the search screen. Over all it is a good TV, the picture and sound are great. It's just not user friendly.

This is my first smart tv, won’t hesitate on buying another smart tv. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Picture great, remote tricky, dual audio outputs erratic. On the latter with my hearing issues we need iPods and TV Speaker. It took a long time for me to figure out how to set that up routinely without having to interrupt whatever we were watching to re set it. Even now last evening it just out of the blue shut down the iPods in the middle of a movie.

Great TV, for the price of this TV its just Wow!! Great picture with no lag or blur thanks to the 120hz processor, which is really what seperats it above every TV within its price range. Plus the volume is amazing. Really sounds like it has a sound bar and subwoofer built within. Also this TV is super thin so if you get the right mount it literally looks like a picture frame as if its built into the wall!

From lost remotes to Playstations, XBoxes, movies, Amazon Fire stick, or the smartest of TVs apps no matter what anyone wants it's all here on this TV. Just the TV alone without the game consoles and extras has everything a household full of kids could need! The picture quality is epic even with food and finger spots all over it. The TV is big enough for our great room and we can even watch from the kitchen while eating breakfast.... provided we can all agree on what to watch lol
