Perfect for a family or big groups!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great size, sound, and image quality for a family or group of friends on a movie night. The image playing video games on my Nintendo Switch or PS5 or even my Wii. The remote has a nice feel to it with the most used apps I use. The settings are easy to customize to what it's being used for. The wide range of apps available is great and so is the game hub. Playing video games on it has been fantastic. It doesn't make me Wii look so dated and the huge screen is great for multi-player games like Mario Kart.

Good TV, other functions could be better

Samsung consistently makes incredible TVs. The video quality is great, but sound and search leaves you wanting. The sound is very average, not awful, but definitely not impressive; you’ll want a soundbar. The search takes a minute to see the ‘App’ tab hidden in the header. I gave up after months of use looking on the left for the apps and then one day accidentally swiped to it; the UI is not obvious

Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Cannot turn off Bluetooth. This is terrible.

This tv would be great except for one feature --- you cannot turn off the Bluetooth. If you have neighbors who are trying to connect and are not careful, you will receive repeated notifications that block out the entire screen while you are trying to use the television. This is really annoying when playing video games. I only got this tv because my prior Samsung was amazing, but it allowed me to control things like whether the Bluetooth is on. Samsung send out an update to allow us to turn off Bluetooth. I am seriously thinking about getting an LG or just a computer monitor and throwing this television in the garbage. Samsung also collects a lot of information and does not disclose what it is collecting. It also unilaterally added news channels to my Home Screen and that cannot be removed. Basically the television removes all choice that ones has over a device.

Very Clear With Little Issue

Samsung TV Sparkles!

The picture is bright, sharp and clear. The remote is quite small and has a wonderful new feature. A solar cell on back so it keeps its battery charged automatically. The TV has many features such as being really easy to cast from our Samsung cell phones to the big screen. We are quite happy with this TV and hopes itt gives us years of service.
