Bad wifi

The TV has issues connecting to the WIFI. It gets disconnected every 5 or 10 minutes. I don't know what to do.

Hi Luciano, If your TV is having trouble maintaining a wireless connection, please try the following: 1. Distance matters – Keep your TV within 50 feet of your router. Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal. 3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. 4. Run diagnostics: o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi 5. Update firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 6. Factory reset (if needed): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset If you continue to experience issues, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Amazing Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the real deal! Picture quality is insanely good, like you're right there in the action. Super easy to use right out of the box, no complicated setup. Streaming apps load fast, no lag or buffering at all. I'd give it six stars if I could, totally worth every penny! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Satisfaction

I am very pleased with the quality of this Samsung TV. This Smart TV was easy for me ( a 77 year old senior citizen ) to set up; the on-screen instructions were excellent. I am enjoying the vivid colors of this TV. My only issue is the two support legs. I had the 2 men setting it together place the legs so that the TV would be about 4-5 inches above the console. However, after 2 days, the left support moved to its lowest setting, and 2 days later, the right support leg did the same.

Bad

I have a problem with the size of the screen it Hass black lines at the top and bottom in most of the movies that I see on prime and on Netflix and is greyed out and does not allow me to change the size of the picture to a full screen tried everything

Hi Doug, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU8000 TV. HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when you watch movies that have aspect ratios different from your TV.
