It's made with wrapped coils that offer amazing support and motion separation. The cooling technology keeps heat away from your body. The mattress has a medium to firm feel with a beautiful design. I have slept so much better since it arrived.

We love this mattress so far in regards to the comfort aspect. It is extra firm but not hard and unyielding. However it makes a creaking groaning type sound as you get in and out of it. So much so that it will wake my wife up at times. The delivery guy said that it has to have a break in period to work that out of it. He also said the reason you might not hear it in the showroom is because it has been demo-ed by so many people that its all worked out. But we ordered it online without going into the showroom. (Our Bad) Well we will find out.

It has the perfect amount of plush to it that it still has great support. The product is of top quality. It is made so well. What a difference a great mattress makes. I will now be buying one of these Serta Beautyreast silver open seas plush mattresses for my daughter. This mattress is very well made and has good structure. It fits well on my existing Queen bed frame and doesn't need a boxspring. It feels very supportive when I sleep and it doesn't have any dips, it holds its shape well and I like that it's built to last.
