We had our Cloud Supreme warrantied - the best warranty experience I have ever had. However, the bed we got as a replacement is not as soft or comfortable as the last one. I regret choosing this one which they would give us for free instead of paying the extra for a better mattress. I called back after a week of trying it, but warrantied needs can not be returned. They did tell me that, and this one seemed fine in the store, but it's hard on my back and hips night after night. It's not horrible, but if recommend one of the higher lines if you have any back problems.

We had ordered a Puffy mattress at a friend's suggestion and it was awful... They said it would be like sleeping in a cloud. I felt like I was drowning in a cloud. This bed has very little movement across the bed when getting in... so I don't wake my wife up if I get in later, and it really is a perfect balance of supportive and comfortable. We really love it.

I settle in at zero gravity at night and next thing I know, it's morning and I've slept for 8 hours non-stop! And on top of the comfort I feel on my back, the mattress is actually cooling. I would wake up around 3am on our old mattress feeling warm and sweaty and throw the covers off. That no longer happens so I can now sleep through the night. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!!

My husband and I tried this mattress in the show room, and it felt very comfortable, however, after having it delivered to our home, it seemed much more firm than what we experienced in the show room. The salesman did say that the brand new mattress would feel a little bit more firm, but it's actually a little too firm for me, and we may switch it out for the softer model.

I was so excited about our new mattress! I was told it would take a few months to break in and my back to not hurt in the morning. Well it's been over six months and both my husband and I have terrible lower back pain when we get up every morning and it's getting worse! I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep because my back hurts and I can't fall back asleep. Without increasing my pain medications, I am limited to less then 8 hours of sleep on my new mattress, the whole point of getting a new mattress was to help my back pain and not need to take medication! What a waste of money we haven't even paid yet since we financed through a furniture company we are stuck paying for it and will probably have to start sleeping on our 20 year old Sealy postur-pedic again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress replaced a Nectar which replaced an older sagging foam mattress. The Nectar is also rated as a medium firmness according to various mattress review/advertising sites but it conform to your body much like a slab of concrete does. I've been dealing with lower back pain for several years now and with the Nectar I could only lay on my back and would wake up with more stiffness and soreness than I had before going to sleep. The Tempur-Adapt has been amazing for my back regardless if I sleep on my back, stomach or side. When I go to sleep with a sore back from overuse I wake up with zero pain. Waking up pain free more than makes up for the cost of the mattress.

I am sorry to say that my great expectations of eliminating my lower back pain I experienced with my previous mattress were not met with this new Tempur-pedic. I believe that this may be due to the fact that the mattress delivered to me did not offer to me the same degree of firmness as did the mattress in the showroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! Was very very hopeful about this mattress, but I am side sleeper and get no support in my lower back. I wake up everyday with so much back pain, and toss and turn all night. We used our sleep trial to get this mattress so I'm unfortunately stuck with it and pain for a long time. Would only recommend this product if you are very small and have narrow hips and shoulders.

I haven't slept on it yet, but the serial number to register for warranty was under the mattress at the head. I bought a king so after I put the protector on I say down to register. You need to move that tag!!! I hurt my back lifting the king mattress by myself. I have no one to help. If I knew about this when they delivered. I could have easily written it before they put it in place!!! Move the tag. I will speak to the dealer about advising customers about this!!
