[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was organized, on time and efficient. Great service. This has been the best sleep I have had in years. It's the right firmness for comfort. I have trouble staying asleep at night but since about two weeks into sleeping on this mattress, my rem and deep sleep have been better. It has even helped my husband with his snoring. My hands do not fall asleep anymore either. I'm up very early in the morning to go to the gym, and the stillness of the mattress doesn't wake my husband. Nor does it wake me when he comes to bed late at night. We got a cover for the mattress for under the sheets and it's helped prevent the cats from scratching. They seem to like it as well, and have not been tempted to scratch it.

We are in our 50s and have owned several mattresses, none of which compare to the quality and comfort of Tempur Pedic. No more sleepless nights, and my back pain is gone.

When you purchase the mattress it says it is Medium Firm. This is not firm AT ALL. I might exchange for the next firmest model. I was trying to not spend a ton, thinking this would be middle of the road like my last one from 12 years ago...definitely not the case. I'm disappointed but I know I can exchange it, still a pain though. If you like a soft mattress then you would enjoy this. I need a little firmer.

Whenever you lay on the mattress initially it felt wonderful, especially when lying on your back, however I am a side sleeper with wide shoulders and over time I became uncomfortable, so I was concerned that I had perhaps chosen the wrong firmness. Perseverance prevailed! what I was experiencing was my body acclimatizing to a far superior support system than in effect was reshaping my posture that had been previously destroyed by my former tired mattress. I am now sleeping far better, less aches and pains, stronger back and feeling brighter and more reinvigorated in the mornings. The absolute plus is that the mattresses returns to its former glory every time... like climbing into a new bed each day!

I never wake up with pain anymore. As a side-sleeper, I appreciate how supportive this mattress is of my spine. What's best though, is that it has enough give and support so that my hips and shoulders don't hurt either. I've slept on similar versions of this kind of mattress and even in the spots where it's not worn down, the Tempur-Pedic matttess is significantly better. My only concern right now is whether it will feel too warm in the summer. Regardless, I love sleeping on it.

After 23 years, I decided it was time to buy a new mattress. After asking a few friends, they all recommended Tempurpedic. Since they had a 0% 36 month payment plan, I decided to go for it. I do not sleep well at all ever since college. My old mattress was causing me a lot of joint pain in the hips, shoulders and neck areas. I no longer have that pain when I wake up in the morning, but I still do not sleep well unfortunately, but this has nothing to do with the mattress. Just my unfortunate luck.

It's so comfortable and it's definitely the best sleep I've ever had. Excellent support everywhere you need it! I would highly recommend the Tempur-EASE King Base as well. I've never slept better! Don't hesitate! Buy it! :)

I am happy with my new Tempur-Pedic and find it very comfortable. I was looking for the mattress closest to my original Tempur-Pedic that I purchased almost 17 years ago when the only choices were 8", 10" and 12" thickness. I had the 10" and found it to be the best mattress I ever had!! The Tempur-Adapt Medium is advertised as the original and I do like it very much. My only negative is I don't feel like it is as well made as my original and will probably not last as long in the support.

so the reason we got this mattress is because my husband and I struggle to find comfort with one mattress. I have been experiencing some pains in my lower back but I am hoping it is due to a new bed. My husband wakes up in the am, after tossing and turning most of the night. His theory is it is too soft and his arms are put to sleep. He is also complaining of knee and elbow pain which he didn't have prior. I really don't know what to do. We did lay on the mattress in a store for quite some time and felt comfortable but I guess it is different once you are fully sleeping on it.

The comfort and support that this mattress provides is out of this world. From the first night of sleep I could tell this was the mattress for me. Its the perfect amount of softness and firmness my body required, I will never go back to buying a regular mattress. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are a game changer.
