[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad experience with this mattress. It's on the hard side. That's number 1. But the worst was the first mattress was off. Like defective. The top layers day over three sides. The company was good and exchanged it. But the second mattress arrived with the top layers also off and shifted. The third mattress seems to be good but it was a big hassle.

This is advertised as medium firmness but I would say now that I've been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks thst it's more on the firm side. Probably worth trying one in the store if you're on the fence.

Because I have lower back issues and am a side sleeper with arthritis in my shoulders, hips, I ordered the medium. After sleeping on the mattress for a few months, the mattress is still too hard for me. I do not get pressure point relief.

We tried another brand first and ended up returning that mattress. The other mattress was a hybrid and it just to firm. We will continue to buy Tempur-pedic mattresses when we are ready for our next one.

Her mattress was older, and we made the choice to invest in a quality mattress to support our daughter's growing body. The delivery process was amazing as we were met with professional communication and amazing delivery. It was lovely not having to go into a store and taking the mattress home with us. Our online shopping and delivery experience was perfect. Equally as awesome, our daughter's back pain as gone away, and she is absolutely in love with her new bed! Most mattresses would leave me with a sore back in the morning. Also feeling sluggish and slow to start the day. With this mattress I am waking up refreshed, no back pain and feel ready to go. This is by far the best mattress I have ever owned.

Just bought bed #2. Didn't even bother shopping around. Enjoyed 18 excellent years with bed #1. Worth every penny. Looking forward to another 18 years of awesome, lower back spoiling sleep. (Might be longer since the four kids are grown and won't be forever trying to sneak in to the "Comfy Bed")

I have severe scoliosis and have almost 70% of my spine fused. I've found it IMPOSSIBLE over the years to find a memory foam mattress conforming enough and soft enough for me. I originally had this same mattress in a full size for four years and recently upgraded to a king. This is the ONLY mattress I can sleep comfortably on! It conforms all the ways I need it to, with not too much pressure, but stays firm where I need it to as well. It's like this mattress was made for me! Anyone with strains, from the neck or back having a hard time finding a comfortable spot due to health conditions or overall comfort. This mattress is a life changer!

I was hesitant to get a product with memory foam but have found this to be very comfortable as it forms to my body, and the hybrid option provides good support. I have hip problems and these features are helping me to sleep so much better. A side note: My 19 y.o. cat absolutely loves it for his old bones too! This is all true once I get into the bed. My only issue is that, because the bed is so high, the mattress has no "bounce", so doesn't help you while getting into the bed. I solved that by getting a bed step.

It's the right firmness for comfort. I have trouble staying asleep at night but since about two weeks into sleeping on this mattress, my rem and deep sleep have been better. It has even helped my husband with his snoring. My hands do not fall asleep anymore either. I'm up very early in the morning to go to the gym, and the stillness of the mattress doesn't wake my husband. Nor does it wake me when he comes to bed late at night. We got a cover for the mattress for under the sheets and it's helped prevent the cats from scratching. They seem to like it as well, and have not been tempted to scratch it.
