Plenty softness with just right firmness. Also bought the tempur-Adapt Queen pillows. Love both products.

It is overall a nice bed. A bit too firm for me though. I would purchase again but get a split to have ability to have separate level of softness

This mattress is great. It provides all the support that I need. I wish I had purchased the mattress sooner.
