Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

Hi Gonzalo, thanks for writing in. Does the TV show the "HDR" logo on the source when you press the home button? The set should notify you when HDR information is being received by the set. Secondly, what picture mode did you select say, "Movie", or "Natural" etc. These have an important part in customizing the image to your taste. Great features for a great price

Issue with wireless connection

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote.
