Common issue - error connecting

took a few hours of google searches and help forums to solve issue connecting. home menu is clunky and remote has tiny buttons. the picture makes up for it though, once you figure out connection issues.

We recommend updating to the latest firmware (v.2013.3) featuring improved connection. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. Features

The remote is my only concern. Too many buttons jammed onto the remote with no back lighting. Impossible to see at night unless a lamp is turned on. Otherwise the rest is good.

Great picture quality, easy UI overall

everything was great until.....

i was super excited on my new tv i never had one this nice or of size but i had to return the tv within 7 days because it would not stay connected to anything really sucks but ill live

Absolutely in love with Samsung!!
