Black Uniformity

We were excited to get this TV. Not sure if we got a lemon but the black uniformity is horrible. Didn't even know what that word meant. We had to look it up. Will be taking this back

Terrible HDR settings

I have a lot of problems with the HDR watching Netflix or Disney+, it doesn't work and the TV look horrible (so dark). I hope that you could fix this kind of problem with new updates.

Hi Gonzalo, thanks for writing in. Does the TV show the "HDR" logo on the source when you press the home button? The set should notify you when HDR information is being received by the set. Secondly, what picture mode did you select say, "Movie", or "Natural" etc. These have an important part in customizing the image to your taste. 65 in Curved Ultra 4k Smart TV
