overall, the tv works well. frustrated after a software update i can no longer control my cable box with the samsung remote. many post online about this isuue with no solution.

Beautiful picture, but the whole interface is disappointing. Lagging menus, non responsive apps, the universal remote doesn't control my Xbox like advertised. Nothing a roku stick or my Xbox interface won't fix tho.

doesnt have voice recognition blue tooth and the buttons dont even light up. this should be standrd on a samsung. very difficult to use the tv in my bedroom at night. extremely disappointed

Menus are slow and clunk. The hardware has trouble streaming, stops after 10-15 minutes. Our older smaller samsung is much faster and can stream with no issues.

Great TV. But, don't like the remote. All the buttons are in the wrong spot, maybe it takes getting use to.....logistically the main functions don't line up........play, stop, etc. Free channels were a great surprise.
