OK Budget TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is an OK budget TV. I'm not a fan of the Samsung OS for starters. I've seen a lot of Samsung TVs that the picture looks amazing on but this isn't one of those TVs. The picture is pretty average for UHD 4k. I'd also say that it does this auto dimming when it is showing dark scenes on the TV making it hard to see anything. Maybe it is a setting issue but it's annoying. Overall the TV is fine for the price and size.

First, let's make sure you are running the latest software. To do so, head to Settings>Support>Software Update, and you can easily update from there if needed. Next, to adjust the picture: Next, go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: It is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. For Auto Dimming, please try these steps: Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic/ You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can manually select Minimum Brightness to adjust the minimum screen brightness. Brand new tv with sound malfunction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new tv, came home set up the entire thing to find out that the sound came with a problem. Need to put the volume more then 50 to hear something. Always had LG and the one time I make the switch this Happens.

I have a few setting adjustments for you to try that should help resolve your issues. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. 2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Affordable

However, the display quality does not match that of a QLED TV, and it took me a few days to get used to it. Still, for the price, this is a great TV.

Amazing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HDR is great (especially for game mode), the size is perfect, hasnt given me any problems that i could notice other than sometimes smartthings pop up but other than that, i couldnt have picked a better entertainment system for not only gaming but also streaming service i watch. Love samsung products.

Very clear picture, great features.

It was easy to take out of the box an assemble. The only recent issue we came across is a green tint on the faces but it has gone away.

Perfect for me!

Frustrating!

honestly i dont know what to think. when i bought this tv i though it waa going to be a big upgrade to my 15 year old tv. when i first took it out the box i noticed something was wrong. images looked a little pixelated. but it fixed it self in a few weeks. now the only problem i have is the colors and its so annoying. i currently have natrual mode and its ok if it were to be brighter i would love it. but its so dim than the other options. it makes almost every scene dark. ive tried to contact samsung and they dont help me at all. my older tv has better colors than this. i dont even want to watch stuff on my tv at this point because im not getting the good quality. not sure if its just this model or what. and yes i have tried changing settings!

Picture perfect!

I purchased this tv about a month ago and I'm very Ty glad I did. The pic is crystal clear. Picture perfect! The color is vibrant and beautiful. Work well with my direct tv streaming. Features are pretty cool. Has extra apps to downtown. The remote works great. It was delivered on time no delays. I really adore this set I'm very excited that I made the purchase.

amazing tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model of tv because my samsung 6 series only had 60hz refresh rate, this 7 series has 120hz refresh rate and it keeps up with the video demand of my asus rog laptop. It is a perfect screen for gaming. For me if it ain't samsung, I won't own it.
