I appreciate the automatic change to game mode when a console is plugged in. I like that the TV automatically detects equipment that is plugged into it and identifies the product. The smart remote is great to control all of the console with one remote.

Samsung does a pretty good job with their menus explaining what things do but itll take a couple hours of reading to get a understanding of this tvs many different features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was simple enough to get this in use pretty quick. I do love that it is so much easier to mirror from my phone with this tv. It can easily be used by itself without the need of other devices because it has apps already loaded on it. I was so surprised that it also had the sumsung channels on it as well so if you don't have an antenna, you can use the Samsung free channel and still enjoy watching TV and there are a lot of channels on it. The remote has premade buttons and it works with my firestick. There is a guide built in it, making it easy to see whats coming on next. This is a very nice smart tv to have as an upgrade. I would recommend this tv!

Menu settings are easy to navigate and the processor does a decent job controlling functions. Annoying that app menu pops up when turned on. Internet browser works well even though no physical keyboard or mouse. Can stream video through browser which is nice. The onboard sound is decent with full tonal quality and richness. Recommend turning bass down as there is distortion when playing action scenes. Optical works well. Volume is obviously fixed in this setting and receiver volume must be used. If tv speakers are used when using optical, there is a chamber/hall effect that is Annoying. Turning down tv will remedy. Remote works well but button feel and layout in dark room settings is cause for many mis presses on remote unless you can memorize the lay out by feel. Have owned the 65 and 55 models about one year. Longevity remains to be seen. Overall, for this price point there are options with a brighter picture. Vizio comes to mind. However the sound on that brand is lacking and if not internet connected a message appears center screen telling you to connect to internet and will not go away on ANY source. And as of 1 year ago, there was no way to turn this notification off. Overall, am satisfied with both purchases.

The smart features are intuitive and there are plenty of apps that are well integrated. Setting up the TV was very straight forward. The remote also works very well, simple and has plenty of reach. Actually looking at buying a second one to replace our 75".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Television! I love the picture quality and the sound quality. I love all the apps that are available. The home menu is very easy to use and to navigate through the different apps. I like how you can rearrange the home app icons to fit your own needs to what you watch more often to less often. Downloading apps is very quick and easy. The TV itself takes up very little space because it is so thin and the legs are also very thin. Putting the legs on is also very easy.

this tv has a clear picture and it was a good bargain (provided this issue is fixed). however, watching dark scenes in movies is impossible. i've tried everything from increasing the brightness and turning off the ambient light and eco-controls to following a youtube video about increasing some of the pulse wave modulation controls (that helped a little). the tv feels like it is trying to control every aspect of the environment which it obviously cannot do. this was my first samsung purchase after a sony; i'm pretty disappointed. other minor inconveniences - a remote that is not very intuitive, cludgy app downloading & features that sometimes don't work for whatever reason. this tv is either not quite ready yet or is just being dumped on consumers.

This TV is a replacement for a 15 year old 32" Sony so the bar wasn't real high. Still, I have been impressed with the motion rate and clarity of picture. Set up was fairly easy, just make sure you have two people even if you are using the stand provided. My only complaint is really more like a nuisance. Adding apps is cumbersome and the remote is not the same as my other Samsung TV remote so the home button and arrow keys are hard to find in the dark. really could use a back light on the remote! My fear is that it will be good for just long enough for me to happy with it and relax. Then the green bars and washout I've read about will happen. Until then- hopefully not- I'm happy.

I saw an add online for TV's so I clicked did a bit of research and went and picked one up. So crisp and clear. Great options as well. Hook directly to the Internet. Dual HDML ports. Easy to use remote control. We were so pleased with this SAMSUNG TV we went and got Samsung Phones. The Galaxy A11. Excellent phone and all the features of any 2020 phone out on the market. I never owned a phone that could focus on the Stars. Well I do now!! lol Love the latest technology. Facial id or fingerprint security as well. Go SAMSUNG for all your Electronics. You will be amazed!! Thanks SAMSUNG keep up the good work. Patrick
