[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was boxed well and was easy to set up. It has an excellent picture. The remote is easy to use, but could be designed a little more ergonomically for the controls that are used the most. For example, the DVR buttons (fast forward, rewind, pause, etc.) could be larger and located in an easier to find area of the remote than the very bottom. And the direct tune number buttons at the top of the remote are sometimes a little non-responsive. Otherwise, I really like this TV and all of its features.

I've owned several Samsung LCD/LED TVs and monitors over the years, so when I bought this one to replace an LG 65" TV that was destroyed by lighting, I was shocked at how bad the picture was. No matter what I did with the settings it didn't help. I should have known, because the display model was just as bad. Returned it the same day and bought the Sony 65". WOW what a difference.

Also the smart remote that comes with the tv is amazing. It controls all of my devices, my Apple TV , my fios box and my DVD player. It's seamless all with setting up the tv the 1st time. So happy with those tv then the added free channels you get with the Samsung tv plus. How much more can you ask for. It's like I got extra things for free and we all know you don't get nothing free in this world. Then you have Samsung giving out quality products with free channels. Amazing. I've been a Samsung customer for over 12 years and I wouldn't have any other tv in my house other than a Samsung.

This is my first 4K TV and I have not been disappointed yet. All the colors and definition are deep and sharp. The detail especially during gaming sessions is particularly amazing. Has remote access from your phone, Knows which devises are connected and automatically switches to “game mode” when you switch over to your console, integrates well with amazon Alexa elements and has a sleek and elegant look to it! This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV I've purchased and all my cell phones have been Samsung Galaxy starting with the 5, and everything after that have been the Note Series, 7,8,9,10 and now the Note20. I read everything on the new crystal processor and thought to give it a try. after all it's a Samsung. I was so impressed with my 43 inch that I went ahead and bought a 55 inch crystal for the living room. Picture is great, sounds good (could be better with a sound bar), and I'm completely satisfied and figure money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I noticed was the ease of setting the tv up. the setup process went very smooth and I got a few of my apps installed working right away. its been very easy to add the others as I go. I love the quality of the picture and feel this is a steal of a TV at this price point! I have a TV from another brand that is the same price point and features but the Samsung has a much better user interface. It is also very easy to screen share my computer and phone to the TV which is great since we use it in our conference room at our office.

Loud speakers (I normally don't turn it up past 20 vol so I don't disturb my neighbors), and 4k resolution in a small budget that fits just about anywhere.
