one star for the panel/build quality, one for the price. as for the rest, i wish i could give it negative marks. the tv has the slowest menu navigation i've seen in a long time, perhaps ever. it is so slow when you shut the tv off the audio will go on for several seconds. browsing menus means lags, overshoots, accidental app loading, etc. there is always this wait for tv to register a command and do something. it's truly a miserable experience. apps like twitch tv etc. are not available. in return, tv comes with a ton of sponsored/preinstalled tv, etc. junk. program is always on when you turn on tv, no option to browse in peace. who is this tv for? people who don't mind slow and buggy menus have cheaper chinese brands to chose from. this product is the worst of the both worlds.

It also has pretty good sound quality! I like the phone tap feature with the TV as well as using the remote on my phone. It comes in handy and feels super futuristic. It's rather large for my bedroom, but it makes games more immersive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for about 8 months. We are pleased with the picture and satisfied with the sound. We have a sound bar for it that we were given as a gift, but it is sort of a toss-up whether it is any improvement. I'd say the sound bar is boomier for music, but the TV speakers are sharper and clearer for everything else. Our only gripe about this TV is that we feel too dependent on the remote control, which sometimes gets lost. There is a power button concealed under the center of the TV screen, but it is not something you can see under there, and the button has little or no recognizable feel to it. In fact, my family reports that the button no longer works, and the remote is the only way to turn it on now. We live in a rural/remote area, and the 75 inch TV is too big to return anywhere just for this issue.

setup is terrible. took way too long compared to other tv's. synced with my phone account through samsung without me knowing, eventually the account became disabled and created problems with my phone. finally everything just started to work again after an hour - i did nothing to correct it. remote is clunky and has serious lag time. will cause you frustration for sure by selecting the wrong channels because of it. lastly, the tv froze. picture freezing i could understand. simple reboot and done. not this one. made a serious techno noise that kept going for at least a minute. had to unplug it as remote wouldn't stop it. going back to store as i've only had it less than a week. yikes. cannot recommend.

The visual quality beats expectations. The color range, audio quality without sound bar is amazing compared to other tvs . Hands down the best TV I've owned.

Easy to figure out the Remote and easy to figure out menus and fast at downloading multiple Apps and multiple TV channels. Samsung's memory remembers your addresses and passwords allowing you fast access. Easy to hook up devices through WIFI but also has enough Ports to connect for directly connecting cameras, camcorders, etc. There is also an Ethernet connection if you wish. Very Good Display and Good Picture with all the features that anyone needs for anything. In conclusion, I have bought other brands that were crappy that don't even last 3 months . Samsung TVs offer all the features, are long lasting and durable. Nothing ever goes wrong, you just find more that you get in a Samsung TV than any other TV. Samsung TVs get A++'s

Out of the box, the set-up is extremely easy due to the printed and online help and manuals. The easy to use universal remote is a plus in reducing the need for additional media remote devices. The pre-installed apps are great and adding new apps are incredibly easy. The TU7000 razor sharp picture is so awesome whether you are sitting a foot away or across the room. Its transparency is obvious when you are viewing the screen from a 45 degree angle and the focal clarity does not diminish. The on-screen sound setting leaves nothing to chance by allowing you tweak and adjust the audio to your perfection. This is a great investment!

The remote is easy to use, but could be designed a little more ergonomically for the controls that are used the most. For example, the DVR buttons (fast forward, rewind, pause, etc.) could be larger and located in an easier to find area of the remote than the very bottom. And the direct tune number buttons at the top of the remote are sometimes a little non-responsive. Otherwise, I really like this TV and all of its features.

This is the best by far. The picture quality is fantastic, especially for HD channels and movies. The Apps that come preloaded as well as the ones available for download have kept the kids busy for hours. I am really happy with my purchase; if I had a critique, I do wish the remote was backlit. In the dark, the buttons are difficult to see and the remote is rather small. Other than that, it is a great TV with great features. Thanks, Samsung!
