I saw an add online for TV's so I clicked did a bit of research and went and picked one up. So crisp and clear. Great options as well. Hook directly to the Internet. Dual HDML ports. Easy to use remote control. We were so pleased with this SAMSUNG TV we went and got Samsung Phones. The Galaxy A11. Excellent phone and all the features of any 2020 phone out on the market. I never owned a phone that could focus on the Stars. Well I do now!! lol Love the latest technology. Facial id or fingerprint security as well. Go SAMSUNG for all your Electronics. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Samsung TV which is great in sound and picture quality and we love the menu that TV has which is so easy to manage even for the below 5 yr old child. With the TV sound we like we kept even the 3.1 speaker aside. Finally entire family is enjoying with the TV.

Bought the TV at a great price and was so excited. Samsung dropped the ball on this with the remote. It is not intuitive at all, and the buttons are so small and crammed together that you end up pushing 2 or 3 buttons at a time. Also, anytime you make any adjustments to your picture setting and want to go back to what you are watching, you have to wait for the home screen banner to drop off the lower 1/3 of the screen because trying to push the button to get it off will result in it going to a completely different screen/app. It also glitched (completely blacked out) badly for several seconds at a time while playing Xbox action games like Halo or Nascar (the glitching would cause you to crash in driving games and take hits in Halo. I ended up returning the TV because the remote was that bad and it was driving me crazy because of the glitching issue while gaming. Sam's customer service was awesome!

the pucture quality is great but the one remote does not work well. it was able to connect and find my cable company and then all of a sudden it dropped out. now i have to use both the cable and the tv remote to work the tv. i'm also not a fan of the interface of the tv. the operating systems is very confusing and not user friendly at all. ive tried to resest the whold system and start from scratch and it still wont work. i also dont like how evertime i hit the guid button it goes to samsungtv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a gorgeous picture. Movies, streaming, video games are crisp and vibrant. The remote is the only downfall for me. It is easy to use but I am used to a Firestick remote that has fewer buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4K tv shows amazing. The volume is more than sufficient. The wifi works flawlessly. Gaming on this is a great experience. The only issue i find annoying is how slow the menu loads, for example, when I am changing the brightness it lags to get to the different options and there is no exit button that will take menu off the screen, instead it exits from whatever streaming service I'm using. If this nuance issue is fixed this would be a 10/10 set.

loved this tv for the first few months when it worked. first it stopped responding to commands via the remote. after a factory reset it worked briefly. took it in for a warranty repair that took two weeks. got it back two weeks ago, and now i can no longer connect to my home network even after doing multiple network resets. had this device for 9 months... not worth the headache. i'm out.

This tv was very easy to set up and works flawlessly with the internet and streaming. I definitely love Samsung. I have been a loyal Samsung tv lover since they first came out and I had one that weighed nearly 80 lbs. Great picture. Sharp lines. Easy to connect
