TV BROKE AFTER A YEAR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THEY SENT ME THE TV WITH A CRACK IN THE SCREEN!!!! THEY SAID THE TV WAS GOOD AND ABOUT A YEAR LATER THE TV WENT OUT!!!! THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT HERE AND HE STAYED OUT HERE FOR 3 MINUTES SAW THE CRACK AND SAID THAT CAUSE THE DAMAGE!!!! IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A NEW TV TILL THIS DAY!!!!

Love the Samsung free guide menu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility and the wide selection of free channels! I watch Halmark movies, current tennis tournaments on T2 , Tiny House Nation and when I'm feeling nostalgic, there are old game shows and classic movies and TV shows! Some days I don't even watch regular streaming because there is so much to watch on the free guide! Thank you Samsung for all the wonderful free channels!

Satisfied overall, but..........

Everything is great with the TV. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, the Audio will not stay in sync with the Samsung Soundbar I purchased with it. It always has to be re-calibrated depending on if you are watching Cable, a streaming App or Gaming. I always have to fiddle with the sound delay. Hope I can get a remedy for this from Samsung.

Always Samsung

Worst Electronic device Ive ever owned.

this 75" samsung tv is hands down the worst electronic device ive ever owned. i bought new 4 months ago. repair man had to install a new power board. i have installed 2 apps...hbo max and Magellan now i get errors "memory full". i have auto updates turned off to save memory. i will never own another samsung.

If you are seeing an error saying, “memory full”, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. 1) Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. 2) Remove apps you no longer need. From the Home screen, go to Apps > Settings > you will be able to delete your apps from here 3) Please check to see if you are running the latest firmware version by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Amazing TV - love the smart functions it has

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for gaming at 120hz. Also use Dex wirelessly and more frequently than not use the smart things app on my phone as opposed to the actual remote. It is so smooth. I have a Samsung speaker bar that hooks up with HDMI arc and it is amazing. It turns up down, and most importantly on/off when I turn off the TV. And I can control it all with Bixby. She can even change the channel on Samsung TV plus for me. I will only ever buy Samsung tvs after experiencing this one.

Gun shy

Considering I have only had this tv for less than a year, I will reserve judgement, as my last Samsung died on me 2 days after the warranty expired! I will turn it on sometimes and I have no sound and I have to go through all the features to get it to work!

Samsung has let me down

i have always enjoyed all samsung tv just bought this tv tu 7000, i only use it to play video game not much and one day i tried turning it on. the tv wouldnt turn back on very disappointed as i have always been a samsung fanatic it has slightly crushed me. i tried getting my tv fix, i did not care if i would pay for the service but than at again to fix a tv it felt like we where doing a disservice to them. i wish i would be able to be helped better.

MY FIRST SAMSUNG TV

Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’ 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. New TV!

I was not disappointed at all! Visually the tv is stunning, in 4K it's like you are part of the show! Glad I bought this, didn't know what I was missing.
