[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this model as well as the next model up and I can see some of the features are turned off, grayed out or simply not available. But that doesn't take away for the quality of the TV, which is excellent for a kid' s bedroom or guest room.

However, I needed an upgrade in order to stream certain programming. I'm so pleased with this tv! The picture, the display options, the sound and clarity are immaculate!!! The thin edge bordering gives more visibility! The additional features are a plus...I don't believe I've figured everything out!!! I'm glad I took the leap to purchase!

My biggest critiques are: 1) every now and then the screen will blink, but it is very rare and is fixed after turning the tv off and on again. 2) sometimes the apps won't open, but this is easily fixed by holding the power button until the tv turns on again. Otherwise, I have no complaints about it. The picture is beautiful and I love looking at it!

Not to mention that all of my shows come in great quality, and feel like they are playing right out in front of you. Love the added Samsung TV, because I do not have cable so it is a very good add on.

This TV only has two such ports and I have a total of 4 items I would like to connect. My cable box, PC, my firestick and one of my gaming consoles. That is why I gave it 4 stars out of 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was excited to get into a 4k tv, especially at this price. i got the features that i was wanted, including bluetooth, so i can use my buds+ at night. #apartmentliving setting up and using the menu is a chore because apps that i'll never use after permanent bloatware. they have just about every ale m apple app paint and i don't use apple products at all. this causes two issues: 1. they take up space in the ui making it more difficult to navigate. 2. more troubling is that they take up space. there isn't a ton of space here and no way to expand the space, so eventually you will want/need that space, but you can't delete those apps. troubling. it's sad that i need to keep using my firestick unless i'm watching hbo max. then i go back to samsung's ui for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love the vivid colors and picture clarity my Samsung 82" has. The built in speakers are excellent as well and thus I don't have to worry about a sound bar or having extra speakers all around my living room. I love how all my channel apps can easily be downloaded and easily accessible as well. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. All there! I would give this five stars if on occasion I did not lose connectivity. It could be my wifi network, but the trouble shooting I've done tends to lead back to the TV. I'll continue to research it and see if there's an easy fix (most likely there is).

I've been owning Samsung products for over a decade now and looking for more! Thanks for the innovative tech!
