[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of tinkering with it and discovering new feats. I've come across many great attributes that enhanced my experience. Casting is instant, switching apps is fast and goes without a hitch. Picture quality is superb but getting it right will take some time. Overall, I love it

Returned to the store

not happy with this tv at all. couldn't get any bluetooth device to connect. the picture was super dark and couldn't adjust it. we have a 8 year old samsung that has a sharper picture than this tv. very disapointed with samsung i guess their standards have gone down. we returned it the next day to the store.

Amazing experience an even better investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time trying a curved t.v. let alone a smart one. So I was a little skeptical about the technology but it was not very long before I realized what a great decision I had just made. Long story short covid came to be . I had lost my job and ideas of entertainment going out having friends over were forgotten now we (brandy my wife) were in "what's coming on cable tonight" mode. Samsung 43" curved TV helped us through. As time progressed I couldn't afford to keep and wifi going I was heart broken we were no longer going to be able to cable then Samsung 43" curved TV being a smart tv that has an app store was able to provide us with not only free perfect quality tv but way more entertaining channels and movies then what we at one time paid for so Samsung 43" curved TV was now paying for our cable our entertainment. Wow such a great purchase. Well we moved the TV from the bedroom to the family room and in the process of being careless i damaged our source of smiles my heart sunk I thought for sure I damaged it beyond repair. Glad was I when I realized Samsung 43" curved TV was probably the most durable well built TV we ever purchased it ended up with only 1 bad pixel which because it was curved it cause the other pixels around it to I guess blend bleed into the bad pixel so you couldn't even tell it had a bad one even up close u could not tell. Over all best purchase I ever made and I'd give it a curved 43/10 instead of. 10/10 BTW currently watching it as I write this.

simple to operate

I have just learned to use the streaming smart tv and I just love it. when there is nothing on cable you can always find something on Paramount +, Net flicks, amazon prime. I am deaf in one ear and the other is hard to hear so I really wish this sound could eliminate the background sound so I could hear the words.

WOW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE RECENTLY GOT THIS TV, I HADN'T EVER HEARD OF IT, OR THE CRYSTAL UHD 4K, BUT WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! THE PICTURE QUALITY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND IT COMES PRE-LOADED WITH CHANNELS (NOT SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS, LIKE FOR REAL CHANNELS!!) WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SMART OPTIONS, THE PICTURES AND THE ACCESS TO THE CHANNELS, THIS WAS AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE, AND HAPPY TO HAVE MADE THE LEAP!

Would be much improved by a new smarthub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all I really enjoy my samsung television; I've sold them for many years and would recommend them to anyone. The Tizen smarthub is a nice reskin of the older software that ran on the televisions, however at times can crash or become laggy. I think that much of the experience is ruined by how quickly I disable features that become unusable. The other aspect is that in apps like Disney Plus or Netflix, the audio is much quieter than if I were to use an HDMI source like my PC; something that should admittedly be the other way around if you want people to use the apps frequently. All-in-all its a great tv, one that I would gladly keep for a while, but struggle with basic features.

Buyer Beware

Purchased 5/2022. Within 6 months, we had an entire pixel line go out. The TV was still under the 1 year warranty and we had it repaired. Now, 4 months beyond the warranty, the entire TV is dead and will not power on. Since we're now just beyond the warranty, this repair gets to be an out-of-pocket expense. I have an 11 year old LG TV that still works like a charm, with ZERO issues. I will NEVER purchase a Samsung TV again. Don't waste your money on a TV that is only going to work for 16 months.

We Love Our Crystal UHD

They are fast and easy to get to, plus once your on the app a bar will open up above! It makes turning on Bluey super fast for my baby daughters!! Everything on this TV is so easy, fast, and simple!! We are thinking about getting one for each room!!

Inadequate input ports

I had to return this TV because I discovered that it only had 2 HDMI ports. After using 1 port for my cable box I was left with only 1 port for a soundbar and any other peripherals. Before purchasing a replacement TV I researched the number of HDMI ports and discovered that most TVs have 3-4 HDMI ports (including an ARC-HDMI port.) The picture quality of the TV was certainly good but in this day and age, it is disappointing to find that Samsung is so far behind in offering input ports.
