great product and smart tv allows decluttering with not needing a roku or fire stick. awesome picture biggest gripe is the speakers but all the new tvs have bad speakers to require a sound bar. and the bluetooth connection requires going into settings everytime you turn on the tv. seems to be a sound bar problem though so won't give less stars. buying a fiberoptic cable fixes it.

I love the apps and how easy it is, so far, to navigate through channels, settings, apps... The sound is great and the shows and movies look so vivid and crisp on the screen! Plus I think this was a real bargain for a smart tv of this size and being LED 4K Ultra HD. I wasn't expecting much because I've never owned a Samsung TV before, but I knew the quality would be great after owning other products made by the company.

I play video games (Xbox) and I knew I wanted the graphics and refresh rate to be excellent. I couldn't have chosen a better TV for my budget. The games run so smooth, and not to mention the 4K HD for normal sports programming is enhanced beyond belief. I'll never own anything other than Samsung and this model is just the latest example why. Easy setup as well as a very thin and sleek design. Recommend to everyone from the casual purchaser to the most experienced as well.

I would assume that it is easy to set up normally, however I live on campus at a university. Depending on the type of WiFi that the university has, it could make connecting the tv to WiFi very difficult or impossible. In my own case, I cannot connect my tv to my university WiFi, but instead, have been using it by connecting my tv to my PlayStation, and have been using streaming services and playing games through the PlayStation.

Had no idea why a huge difference I would be experiencing. From the large selection of streaming apps to the remote being universal. Samsung really thought of everything. I literally only have to use one remote and get to everything I need from my cable box to my soundbar. I love it. I love how some of the streaming apps are well intergraded to the TV Like AppleMusic I was able to stream the video from there which was a great surprise. And I like how I can airplay from my phone to the TV. I haven't even got into the display is beautiful very clear and bright. Darker scenes are clear. Sound from tv loud and clear This TV was a great buy. It's truly a smart tv. If I could find one issue it would be the number of ports to connect devices I have a gaming console soundbar and cable box I had to get and adapter in order to have all 3 hdmi connected. But overall I'm happy with this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired a decade ago and wanted a Smart TV with access to internet, when I realized my laptop computer was dying and I was concerned that I couldn't afford both a TV and a computer on my fixed income. I share my computer knowledge voluntarily with other seniors and it's easier to teach internet basics on a 50" screen. My Samsung Smart TV interacts with my S20 5G phone, so I can use the DeX app without attaching my DeX Docking Station. This is perfect for viewing items on large screen instead of a smartphone, tablet or laptop. While I see enjoy viewing my streaming apps, photos and videos; this TV has allowed me to enjoy my favorite naturescapes, music apps and YouTube videos with friends and family. I also had the pleasure of seeing my great nephew make football history at his high school online by connecting with live streams of his games. Never thought I would use a TV to attend a graduation or funeral but this TV kept me connected during the quarantine at the start of the pandemic. The picture is so large and clear it looks like the people on the news are speaking directly to you. Even old movies and TV shows look great. I used to have cable but couldn't afford it and changed to OTA antenna and internet router. The picture is even better now without cable. Thanks to SmartThings, I can turn the living room TV off from my bedroom; if I forget to turn it off beforehand. I really enjoy having this TV. It has improved my quality of life.

it worked fine the first day i had it and wouldn't come on at all after that. samsung had someone come and fix it. i still have some issues. had to do a factory reset 3 times already because the colors get really bad. i like iot a lot when it doesn't mess up

As soon as it was set up, I was blown away not only by the incredible picture, but also the ease of use and surprisingly, the great sound it delivers. The dark background creates a crisp, clear picture that literally jumps out at me no matter what channel I'm watching. My old set sounded like noise inside a tin can compared to it and I still wonder how they were able to get this awesome sound out of such a thin television. Maybe the best thing about this set was the price, however. I knew Samsung was a decent brand so when I saw it was priced close to several "lesser" brands, I jumped at buying it and have never looked back.
