I do cover it when not in use and when there is a storm and haven't had any issues so far. It connects easily to our network and gives us a second living room. Couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed by my new Samsung Crystal UHD 4K TV. Since I Already have a Samsung account, the setup process was quick and easy. I launched the SmartThings app from my smartphone and the TV just about set up itself. The picture quality is incredible! I was watching a baseball game and I felt like I was on the field. I understand why they used Crystal to name this TV because it is literally crystal clear. I can see newscasters wrinkles up close, not to mention it feels like they are in my living room! I can't wait to cuddle up on the couch and binge watch a show on Netflix. On my old TV I had a soundbar, however I will not need one with this TV because the quality of the sound is impeccable. I do not need two remotes anymore! The OneRemote is great because it automatically detects and controls all compatible connected devices. I can even control the TV with my Amazon Alexa. The AirPlay 2 works with my smartphone so I am able to play music and videos easily. This is the best television I have owned and highly recommend it!

Immediately noticed the leveled up quality when watching movies and shows. Love the quick access to Samsung TV plus, Netflix and Prime to name a few. No problems with use. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine for streaming and web surfing. The capability to interact with so many streaming applications is great. I wish the web browser was better and had a better interface. The picture is surprisingly difficult to adjust and is nothing special but blacks are especially disappointing.; There is so little depth the blacks actually become mirror like. The settings are difficult and sporadically available. Meaning buttons may be grayed out for no reason.

Rich vivid colors. Comparing this model side by side in the store with models twice as much,I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Samsung brand has given me the confidence of a tv that will last for many years without any technical issues. It is a smart tv for a smart shopper. You can't go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV in a large living room. The screen size and resolution are great, but reflected light is noticeable. There are some artifacts around characters during high resolution scenes with lots of movement. My biggest gripe is that I cannot adjust the sound delay far enough to get audio synchronized with video. I can only increase audio delay, not video delay. Very frustrating. A software or firmware update could potentially fix this in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the TV, I loved it. The picture quality was great, the sound was clear, and it was very easy to mount on the wall. However, just a couple months after the one (1) year warranty expired, the TV developed a dark spot near the top left corner. I purchased the Samsung as all the reviews said they lasted the longest, were the best quality, etc. I did not have the same experience.

this tv has an awesome picture and all of the hype in the marketing is absolutely true. it was easy to set up and works great like with my voice assistant...i use bixby with smartthings and also google assistant. my only gripe, and reason forn4 out of 5 stars is that i cannot download the smartthings app to the tv as in other models. i don't need the.vouce assistant on the tv, i'm not asking for that, but i would like to have a functional smartthings app and this model does not allow for that...if it actually does, maybe someone can enlighten me as to how to get it....do not tell me to set it up thru st or update the firmware or search on the apps section....all have been done to no avail.

The frame is really thin so I rarely ever notice it, I just see a beautiful picture. I truly love how easily I can airplay from my entertainment boxes, laptop and phone; it truly makes streaming with airplay a breeze. It has Samsung Tv Plus which has channels like News & Opinion, Entertainment, Crime, Game Shows, Sports, Food, Home & Travel, Reality, Latino, International, Comedy, Gaming, Kids, Science & Nature, Sci Fi & Horror, Movies, Music with hundreds of live channels all for free with your Wi-Fi. With the included remote you have access to a lot of popular apps. too, I was also able to download even more apps. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is pretty good alone, but we do have a sound system also. There is 2 HDMI ports which is more than enough since you can access so many apps. I have my satellite plugged into one and the other is free. I believe I have covered most everything here. I don't think you can go wrong with this television.
