[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in our bedroom and only used as a smart tv due to our rural location. Never had an issue with connectivity. Movies and sports play well and sound well. Does everything we ask and was a great price.

I have owned this TV for 2 years. The interface moves at the speed of a snail. Going from one app to another is always difficult. The OS will crash sporadically. The remote is way too big and clunky. The buttons are placed in the worst possible lineup. This TV has been heralded as a bargain due to its crystal clear 4k picture. I will respectfully disagree. Do not waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I got so lucky with this tv, the way it fits in the living room of my townhome - regardless of the positioning of the windows and lighting I can clearly see every square inch of detail on this tv. Tweaking the settings and tuning the picture to exactly how I want to experience it was so easy! The smart features and connecting to Alexa make the overall package just perfect. Absolutely no complaints, just wish I had a better sound system to match with such a good tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV about a month ago and it has been a great product for the price range. The majority of apps that I use to stream shows are available on the Samsung smart TV selection. The colors are great and bright, but there are some glares when direct light from a window hits it. The TV connects to my phone with airplay seamlessly and changes inputs very smoothly. I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality. The game mode feature is useful and there is no noticeable lag when playing games online. Some cons I've noticed are that sometimes the tv will begin to flicker, which was very confusing, but after turning it off and back on it goes away. Also, at first the home menu and app selection is a little confusing and hard to navigate, especially when compared to third party smart tv plug ins. The TV remote itself is also a little cluttered and I end up hitting the wrong button when navigating. Having only two HDMI ports is also very limiting and I do have to unplug systems and plug others in when switching. Overall it is a great TV for the size and price range, being able to get all your favorite streaming apps, 4K quality, and impressive sound. I would recommend to anyone looking for a large 4K TV on a budget.

i'm reasonably happy with my 60" model. the picture is fantastic, especially with 4k input. however, when i turn the tv on, it tries to open my attached blu-ray player and start with that every time. it happens even if i physically disconnect the blu-ray, it still opens with the hdmi source screen and i have to manually change the input...every time! very annoying. my second problem is that this model seemingly only allows a single pair of bluetooth headphones to be connected at a time. my wife and i would both like to listen with headphones at the same time. doesn't samsung realize that more than one person would want to listen at a time? extremely annoying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've noticed myself buying more and more Samsung products since my first purchase of a Samsung smartphone several years back. This Samsung Smart TV is one of my most recent purchases. It is the first Smart TV I have personally bought so I was a little anxious during the un-boxing and setup. But the anxiouty quickly faded to excitement as the setup process was seamless. The TV walked my through the wifi connection and signed me in to my existing Samsung account which opened up all sorts of opportunities with the TV (i.e., I can mirror my phone to this TV so easily I was shocked!) I wondered if a Smart TV was for me but after a month with this one ill never go without one. All my Samsung devices are connected and I can share between them. I highly recommend this, or any Samsung Smart TV.

With any Smart TV, having all your streaming apps in one place is very convenient, especially when using the easy-to-use app store. Multiple HDMI ports, USB port, Optical. Loaded with great optimizing features. Bought a Bluetooth Samsung Soundbar/Sub combo, the linking process was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this TV for any streamer OR gaming customer (so anybody!)

we were looking at getting a 65" qled or the crystal uhd 4k television and because of the price point we went with the crystal uhd. to be honest, i cannot tell a difference in clarity and color between the two models as the crystal uhd set has just as amazing color and brightness as the more expensive qled. we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend this to anyone. the only thing i would change is to place the ethernet port on the side with the hdmi/optical and usb ports and not have the ethernet cable sticking straight out of the back of the television where it hits the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our tvs to hang up in the high school cafeteria to give our students something to do while they ate during the pandemic since they cannot sit close enough to talk to each other. The students have loved them! No matter where they sit, they are able to see a clear perfect picture. This has made a huge impact on keeping students in their seats and quiet. The picture is clear, the sound is amazing, and the apps that come on it standard allow us to watch almost anything without having to purchase cable.

This tv has a decent picture. My complaint is that I watch lots of hockey and you can see vertical banding against the white background during camera movement. It's not terrible, but I find myself focusing on it. For movies and tv shows the picture is good! Nice and bright.
