Great picture, but thats it

remote: ridiculous. the arrow buttons that you use the most are at the bottom of the remote and are amongst other buttons so closely you constantly push the wrong button. won't connect to the internet; cant load anything via the internet app. won't connect with airplay. no keyboard option for searching titles or entering emails, etc when using phone as remote overall i'm a bit disappointed. ill get used to it, but i thought i was getting a tv that was higher end and there fore user friendly. i would have thought samsung to have spent more on user interface optimization.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Your wife sleeping ? No problem

I'm very happy with this TV - great picture and I like how I can connect my bluetooth headphones to it. I love that feature. It also has a few good free channels which is a very nice as I don't have cable. We don't watch TV much like other people, but watching a bit of TV before bed is relaxing. I have a bigger TV a Aquos Sharp in the living room, (will never buy another one) as it keeps rebooting - I hope this TV lasts the test of time, so far so good. Prove it to me Samsung that your TV will last the test of timer and you will have a good customer for life.

Great tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been a great experience so far. Picture quality is great, speaker sound is louder than I expected. The controller is very user friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of HDMI inputs, it only has 2. Fix that and it's an easy 5 star from me!

I love this TV

I can enjoy top streaming apps, I also use it to play video games for the video resolution is amazing it's like I'm apart of the game...

Great Product for the Price

I just click the Netflix button and no longer have to change the input on the tv first, like with my old tv. The image is very clear, sound is good, and I am overall a satisfied customer!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I love being able to easily switch between Netflix and my gaming systems. I also really like that through bluetooth, I can stream music from my phone to the TV. It's super user-friendly and I am very happy with it.

Almost the perfect set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv offers a great picture and awesome sound for a television. The only drawbacks I have found with this set are small and few. The first only 2 hdmi ports so in our modern day cut the cord 3 should be standard. The second is te sleep timer this is a very useful feature but for it to be buried in the settings menu and no remote button, it makes it difficult to use for those drowsy viewers. Out side of that this product delivers above and beyond its price point!!!! Great buy!!!!

Love it

i have had other samsung tv's in other rooms of the house for many years. when i heard our main tv was on it's last leg, i told my husband i would accept nothing else but a samsung. the television was easy to set up and fits in the location above our fireplace perfectly. we are thoroughly enjoying it.

Beautiful Picture

This is my second 4k and it does not disappoint. The sound quality isn't exactly amazing, but overall it's okay, especially when hooked up to my speaker system.
