through no fault of the product itself the interface is horrible. we have an lg tv that for a similar price that we paid has a remote that you can talk to is adaptive and learning and programming your favorite apps and requires no account. to download a simple app for a television subscription service we had to login and set up an account with samsung. and then setting up live tv for our area was ridiculously difficult. we are young and very technology savvy. our other tvs are superior to this one in both quality, remote and display.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs, we have a larger one in the living room. This is the perfect size for the master bedroom. The apps available are great, no more firestick needed. The picture is also fantastic and very clear. But I think the best part...the remote! I can control everything with one remote and this new remote is so much better than the one we have with the other Samsung, the more buttons the better! The only thing I would change is the stands, they look out of place because they are a plastic material and not a nice finish like the rest of the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung crystal UHD 700 was the best selection for its value, size, and features. It has a wide viewing angle for an average size living and kitchen. Most features were setup out of the box, I just need to setup Wi-Fi although the internet connection sometimes hesitated which may due to its location to the router. Some standard apps were pre-installed such as YouTube, Prime Video, Netflix. You can browse the internet on this TV. Samsung also provides a Gallery to load up your pictures and use as frames TV. It has been a very useful and enjoyable TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV. I am able to do just about anything with it. It connects to my google home and can be controlled with my voice. I have a hard drive that I store alot of my movies and TV shows on, I can connect it to the USB drive and watch virtually all of my videos, However some mkv files won't work, but I just converted them to Avi and have no issues. The screen is bright and beautiful, sometimes looking at nature programs it feels as if a window is in the front of my room to another dimension. I really love this product and prefer Samsung over anything without a doubt. Thanks for building such an amazing device Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has good resolution up to 4k, easy to set up and to modify settings. If you haven't never had a tizen TV, you would need a couple of times more to get used to, comparing to Roku, but is worth it. You could get a QLED or OLED instead of LED for an expensier price and have a little less reflectiveness on the screen, but this TV is more than enough if you want a great quality TV for a good price.

Best TV for gaming I've ever owned or seen hands down. Really caotures the quality of the games makes it so realistic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the screen itself is awesome but I really bought the tv for the smart features and the autorun feature does not work at all. I'm a cord cutter and I would just like the tv to automatically open in the last app used and the auto run feature is supposed to facilitate that; it doesn't. At all. Makes it a little bit hard to figure out how to use the tv for my 75yr old grandmother. So I'm disappointed in that aspect.But the tv itself works out well.

this tv needed more hdmi inputs. i hate the remote. my last samsung 65" tv had bixby. the remote was so simple to navigate. i should have purchased the tu8000. i wish i could purchase another remote that is simple. i am always pushing the wrong buttons. enter,up,down, right, left buttons are a real pain.

Overall, the TV is fantastic and a vast improvement over our previously loved Samsung TV that had grown outdated. The only issues I take with the TV are the occasional slow connection time at TV startup—it can take maybe 30 seconds to connect and will sometimes require turning the TV off/on. I will mention that we have occasional issues with internet on other devices throughout the home so I am not certain the issue is even with the TV (it likely is not). My only other complaint is that the remote feels like the buttons are really jammed together and it is not very easy to navigate, particularly in the dark. Obviously, if I dislike the remote so much I can always get an aftermarket remote to replace it. Lastly, for an overview of the positives; the picture is great, setup was easy, and I was shocked to find a bunch channels included for free on “Samsung TV Plus” (a nice bonus for sure). All of this for a great price point in my opinion. More than happy with my purchase and I will certainly look for a Samsung TV when this one needs replacing in another decade.

The crispiness and the depth of the colors makes me mesmerizing! One of the best TV I ever owned but regret that I couldn't go for 85" that have been absolutely cinematic experience.
