Very Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this Samsung TV! It is nice and large. The picture is clear. The colors are great. The sound quality is crisp and clear. The remote is easy to use. The set up and installation were extremely easy. I love that Netflix is a programmed key on the remote. The installed apps are a nice feature making is easy and fast to find what I want to watch. There are a lot of apps too! There is a 'game' app that has tons of different games to play. I haven't played them yet; however, it is nice to know they are there and that there is a good variety of games. I have not been able to find anything about 'voice control' on the remote or in the manual, so I am not sure what that is. I also have tried to figure out how to use my Amazon Alexa with the tv, but have yet to find any information on how that works.

Great features, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV, and I love how easy it is to use. I love to stream and it's so easy to get to my apps, and remote is easy to pair with my other devices. We have only samsung electronics in our house!

picture quality good, menus are slow and clunky

the picture quality on this tv is great. navigating menus is pretty slow. sometimes up to 10 seconds from when something is selected until the tv responds. i don't like how google play isn't available on this tv. it really limits what is available for the tv. also screen casting takes several extra steps than other android/smart tvs.

Great picture and sound, software not so good

i purchased this samsung 55" because i have the 42" samsung nonsmart tv in my bedroom and had excellent experience. this is my very first smart tv. picture is excellent and sound is impressive. set up was easy through the settings on the tv. tried using the smartthings app on my iphone and it would not work. being my first smart tv, i'm not too impressed with the software. my 42" with amazon firestick takes 2 seconds to load. the 55" takes 15+ seconds to load hulu, netflix and prime tv. sometimes hulu does not load and goes back to previous screen. the only way i have found to fix it, is to turn off tv, unplug the power for 20 seconds then plug back in. the remote doesn't always select what you want. if the software and remote issues could be fixed then i would have given this tv 5 stars.

Better than average. Suits my needs

yes, it is slow to react to the cable remote. i thought it was the remote, but after the second replacement, i'm sure it's the tv. that being said, the tv picture is very good. it's super clear. i'm not very techie and it's easy to use, connect to my sound bar and to connect an external bluetooth speaker to. i'm happy with it.

Amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that the Samsung tv has the ability to sync with my Alexa allowing me to use it as an alarm to turn on the news in the morning. I also have it set to turn off whenever I leave the house and to turn on whenever I arrive. I can also use my phone as a remote if needed which is super convenient. A lot of times I leave the tv on in the background with an art slideshow and it is so seamless on the wall it mimics a painting. Great product.

Great quality for the rice

Ok for the price

Had the TV for about 3 weeks, love the picture, and sound. Wish I could edit the apps in the menu, appears you can only add apps, not delete them. The processor is a bit slow to react, and the remote is geared more toward the default samsung TV, than to using the other video apps.

I am so upset that when I turn my TV on or off the opposite happens to my wife's Samsung in the room real close by I think the technology in today's place we should be able to isolate remotes but according to Walt things I reviewed I cannot do that disappointed to say the least

Samsung Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has a great picture, it's very clear and sharp. It's great for tv, movies and gaming. It really brings the scene to life, especially for gaming. The enhanced detail adds to the quality of game play. The sound quality is also very good, it's loud enough with out having to turn the volume way up. Picture looks good no matter where you are sitting in the room. The menu on the tv makes it easy to navigate through apps and cable. An awesome upgrade from our prior tv! The bonus being that Samsung makes high quality products more affordable!
