I bought this TV a year ago, and it is kept in a pristinely clean and safe area. Today, it developed a black line down the entire screen after the warranty just ended. I tried all the diagnostics and have several Samsung products. I'm extremely disappointed and hope the problem can be addressed by Samsung.

I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF THE LEG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP FOR THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SETUP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR, SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

apparently at 56 years of age i've never really owned a television. at least this one makes me feel that way. we finally traded in our old (but at the time, very expensive) dlp television because we got tired of replacing bulbs and it was omitting a constant buzzing sound. sure it was huge and had great color, but this...we plugged in our new crystal tv and were blown away! the picture was so clear, i felt like we were watching live tv! even old sit-coms came to life and looked theater quality. i wish we had replaced our old one years ago. now we have to rewatch all of our epic movies again on this electronic marvel!

The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. I found the size to be very versatile, it's great for either your living room or for a small room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially had planned on 55" model but was unavailable at the time of purchase. Salesman did some checking and determined he had a 58" version available. Chose that option and am happy w/ TV so far.

sound is biggest issue. hard to hear almost constantly unless volume is set at very, very high level. i did chat earlier and the reply was to reset everything and try again. not a good solution and it seems sound is an issue for other tv's made by this manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had other brand TV's before but ever since i bought my first samsung smart tv back in 2016, i said to myself what was i waiting for, this TV has it all and I enjoy every feature, my favorite one (I'm a gamer) whenever i want to play in my PS5 (play station) i just turn the PS on and the TV automatically switches screen to a better gaming image and experience visuals become a lot better for gaming and it automatically turns on 4k and UHD features compatible with most if not all consoles! I even gifted one 2017 curved model to my parents and so far they really enjoy it as well ( anyone can enjoy it no matter if they just choose to watch shows) I definitely recommend it. (If you have a samsung phone, oh boy it unlocks a lot more features! Screen mirroring and you can even use your TV as a Monitor!

This TV does not disappoint. Also, love having all the extra Samsung channels already loaded. Adding our favorite apps was quick and easy. Love being able to always find something great to watch.
