It is so nice not having to buy any type of streaming product to watch our shows. Also being able to mirror the tv with any device and being able to download any app makes it very simple to use. Also it is compatible with all the other smart home products we own which makes it very convenient! We love the TV and are very happy with the product.

As I'm in a new house with an older 43" TV for upstairs, I was looking for a bigger TV for downstairs living room. I took my time to find the right TV for my living room. I first spotted the 65" TV but it was the 2019 model. The sales guy pointed our for a few bucks more I could get the better 2020 model and I took it. It was shipped to me and the setup was fine for one decently strong person to physically set it up (two is probably recommended). The WIFI setup and other stuff was pretty straight forward. Once setup, I haven't regretted it for one minute. It has a great viewing screen and you don't have to be straight on and the regular sound (no sound bar) is quite decent. My one nit is it seems that every now and then I have to unplug it and replug when I turn it one it in to clear out display issues (pinkish hue or washed out look). I have yet to see any problems when the TV is on and running. The problem is not enough to aggravate me as it is infrequent. Other than that, it is a very nice TV and well worth the money for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't purchased a new television in over 10 plus years. The set up of this device was simple for a non tech savvy person like myself to use. The quality of the picture is as the name suggest crystal clear. Being able to have all of my streaming apps at my fingertips is a plus. I no longer need multiple devices and wired connections to view apps. Glad I settled on the Samsung brand, it's perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of the "smart" stuff makes Samsung tvs awesome but difficult. The network I always had my TV connected to all of a sudden stopped and from that point on it consistently would drop the connection. Doesn't do well in sunlight keep it dark.

i just bought this tv to replace my old one. it was a toshiba plasma screen. i thought that it had one of the best pictures that i had seen until i plugged my samsung tu7000 uhd tv in and set it up. when i started to watch a movie the picture was perfect. the colors were brilliant and crisp. it looked like the people could walk right out of the tv into my living room. i try to always purchase samsung electronics for my home. thanks samsung for the great tv.

we've had this tv for several months now, and we've been enjoying it with no problems. the picture quality is excellent. internet connectivity is easy, and we've watched some shows by that means. our only complaint, and it's minor one, is that we wish the tv had more than two hdmi ports. in this day and age, people can easily have four or five video sources, and it's nice to be able to connect them all to the tv without have to continually switch cords. anyway, in short , the tv is great while the connectivity options could be better.

Tizen OS has some neat features, but would like options for other app platforms, like Crunchyroll and Peacock without having to add a Chromecast or other streaming box. Otherwise a fantastic value for a bedroom TV.

At first was an awesome buy, switched to game mode when a game station was urged in, screen was bright clear, the speakers were fantastic. Bought march 31st 2021 to replace our smaller Samsung smart tv that the screen started going out on. January 18th 2022 the screen went black a pixilated bar flashed on screen and lost sound lost ability to turn off by remote or power button on TV. Called Samsung and currently jumping through hoops to get refund to get another TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It might not be the latest technology like the OLED but you won't feel like missing anything as the quality of the TV is so good. It even comes with Samsung TV with about 100 channels free! The only issue I encounter was the cell phone screen mirrorring using the built-in function, it has some connection issues and not full screen, but none of that matters at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this TV. The picture is crystal clear and the speaker sounds decent. By no any means is this TV on par with more expensive options out there, but this TV fulfills all of my needs and I give it a 10/10.
