Great color detail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung smart TV to stream my local cable service which is Spectrum here in Texas. I also use it to game offline and online daily. It's also great for my kids which use the YouTube app and Disney+ app daily.

I love this TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the color and clarity of this TV, whether I'm watching cable, the Samsung TV channel, my own media, or streaming! The 50" screen is perfect in my bedroom. I just wish that the Bluetooth feature allowed me to use my earpiece for quiet viewing.

It's big, it's cheap, but it's flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pros: big & cheap - good value for size. one of only a few displays available @ 58". cons: flaky ui / interface with lagging and freezing. very picky hdmi connections, especially when using arc audio return channel. image is bright and 'crisp', but suffers from video 'noise' unless nr is turned on, which softens everything up. judder reduction feature caused 'soap opera effect' while turning it off gives a very poor viewing experience, especially for sports.

Anthony: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that your TV is lagging & freezing periodically. Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You can try the following steps to eliminate the soap opera effect. Navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Navigate to and Select Picture Clarity Settings The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched. Change the setting to either Off or Custom. If you select Custom, three additional options are available for further customization to your viewing preference. -Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting. -Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting. -LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off. I hope this helps. Very responsive software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV screen brightness can be tricky during day time. Turns on really quick and apps run really smooth. Our streaming devices have been sitting waste thanks to software being so responsive. Audio quality could be better.

Excellent Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up Samsung TV is automatically done when you input setup questions. Samsung TV has integrated well with Samsung soundbar. I am able to control it with TV remote and it connected with Amazon Alexa.

Great tv

My only complaint is sometimes when it's been on NetFlix or another app it's hard to convert it back to basic cable, Like it doesn't Read the cable box. I'll admit it may be user error but I've done everything the manual said to do. The only way I can get it to work is unplug the HDMI cable and go through the process again.

The best

Superb Pictures

Great quality for value!

First experience with a 4K/smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new TV in nearly ten years, replacing a 39 inch Toshiba LED and it's my first time really experiencing a 4K in person. SInce I'm disabled now and am pretty much homebound, I don't get to check out new tech like I used too. Saw this one on sale, check out it's specs and jumped at the the chance for a larger screen. Most of my electronics over the past five years have been from Samsung and have become a trusted brand in my house, so that pretty much locked down my decision on the purchase. Over the past couple of months of use I've got no regrets on my purchase. The picture is clear and clean, even making non UHD video look a lot better than I'd ever seen and seeing UHD movies that I have on Vudu remind me of when video games first started running at 60 fps back in the 90s. Still not a 100% used to this level of picture clarity. After setting up the streaming services that I use, I now have put off picking up a Roku since this has met my needs and it's nice not having to have a game console on all the time to stream. My only complaint is the speaker seemed to be in the back of the the unit and often requires me to turn the volume up to higher levels. Just a nitpick since one day I'll probably get a sound bar if I can find one to match my budget. I'm very satisfied with this TV, it's been great for gaming and streaming and I've already recommended this TV to my family.
