The baked-in "smart" tv experience is lacking. It is slow, and you have a very small hard-drive in it. I plugged in an Apple TV 4K and have been very happy since.

We have a wide range of options for streaming since we do not use a cable provider. The picture quality is excellent and we enjoy the sound quality especially while watching movies and sports.

sound is biggest issue. hard to hear almost constantly unless volume is set at very, very high level. i did chat earlier and the reply was to reset everything and try again. not a good solution and it seems sound is an issue for other tv's made by this manufacturer.

the tv kept loosing connection to the internet every time it was powered off. i had to reset my network settings and add my wireless network every time i powered on. experienced this problem from the second day of use and decided to return right away.

My grandkids love to watch the Disney channel and me I love National Geographic and Sports. But I have a surround sound connected so when I watch Netflix or any movies channel I get a theater kind of experience that's out of this world lol! The quality and clarity of the picture is incredible. I feel like I am on the field during football games. While watching movies, i am in awe of how clear the images are. I can say without hesitation, that buying my Samsung TV was the best decision I have made in quite some time. Great picture Easy to use So many channels Adaptable with fire stick.
