[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD Smart TV has excellent picture and sound quality, especially for a TV at a lower price point; however, when connecting to the TV through AirPlay (iPhone, Mac) there seems to be issues with connecting successfully.

Frankly, I wasn't a big fan of Samsung before, but after checking out all the reviews online, and physically watching it at a shop, my wife and I are both convinced of its quality and design. Also, we love the price tag of the model we got. It's an easy setup and it incorporates with Samsung remote app.

My Samsung TV allows me to sit an enjoy some of my favorite movie sagas in a row without feeling tired, the quality is just amazing and it makes you feel like you are inside the screen. The sound is another great feature, you can change it accordingly to your personal taste, I particularly love to get that deep sound while watching a horror movie. Finally, whenever I have company, and I don't want my TV to be the focal point of my room I just use it as a work of art by setting my favorite painting on the screen, it is a great touch to make my hole decor a cohesive ambiance. In conclusion, I love my Samsung TV!

Games and videos are superb as you can see every little detail not to mention the vibrant color it has!! I couldn't want anything more in a TV. SAMSUNG, you did an excellent job on this!! Everything you could want in a smart TV, easy to navigate and has pretty much every app you could want. Remote is great and east to use. Very happy with this purchase!

picture quality is awesone. but thats the only good thing i have to say about the tv. it is super slow weather your switching apps or trying to scroll through a guide it just wont keep up with the remote. i have a 60 inch hisense (roku) upstairs and it is lightyears better then this tv. the android app on it is terrible.

My favorite thing about the TV is the way it integrates all my devices into 1 now. ChiveTV has been a great channel to watch, non stop laughter all day and night.

The brights are brighter the contrast masing the colours are true to life im a Samsung customer for life!

I bought this TV approximately 1 month ago, and was a bit disappointed that the sound went out after about 5 days. The good news is that I phoned your service desk and the technician had me up and running again with sound in about 5 minutes. You need to fix that problem.

Piture quality ot great as well as the sound quality which seams better than previous Samsung versions I've owned. The extra settings allow you to customize you've viewing experience. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a good TV.
