Does not work with Hulu Live tv

This tv does not work with Hulu Live. When viewing Hulu live, the tv constantly freezes and its getting progressively worse. I have gone through all the suggested trouble shooting, but it has not solved the problem. Tech support defaults to suggesting it is a connection or wifi issue, however I have an older tv connected to a hulu express streaming player and have no problems at all.

Easy to turn on and use (wife approved, LOL).

This is our 3rd Samsung TV, we are still watching our 50 inch Samsung Plasma TV everyday that we purchased in 2007. We went to the store to purchase another brand that had great reviews but we purchased this Samsung 43 inch because the picture quality was so much better than anything else in its price range. I would recommend Samsung TV's from our experience with them.

A great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv to watch cable channels as well as to stream channels from various channels. The tv works great with great picture quality and great sound. There are adjustments you can make to suit your viewing pleasure as well as add a sound bar to increase your listening pleasure. Overall a great set, the only issue I have is that I keep losing connection to my cable box which requires me to pull the hdmi cable from the back of the TV and plug it back in. Not sure what is causing it but it could be a bad cable or the plug on the TV may have a problem.

Looks greats but has some issues.

i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

ehhh: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. This TV is amazing, especially for the cost.

Crystal Clear Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung 65" TV I will start with the pros. The tv has an ultra sleek design and is light weight. The installation was extremely easy. It fit on our fireplace mantel like it was made to go there. The picture is crystal clear and I love the legs. The sound is incredible. I have always used Samsung phones but had never tried any of their other products but they outdid themselves. The features are amazing. The Samsung TV Plus had all kinds of programming. You can easily access your gallery, Netflix, Amazon and many more. This is by far the best TV that I have ever owned. It is a great buy and I would recommend it to everyone. Now for the cons, there is just one. With my cable company, I have to use 2 remote controls. There may be a way to do it all with one but I haven't figured it out yet. Great buy. I would like to thank my wife and The Insiders for this awesome TV.

This was a big upgrade from previous model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my hands on this new Samsung TV and the upgrade was totally worth it. I previously had the 2018 model of this TV. Why do I like this one so much more? (1) It seamlessly connects to my phone through Apple Airplay. I have a couple video apps that only work on my phone so this is a game changer. I am able to watch a bunch of content on my TV that I didn't previously have access to. (2) The TV is much lighter weight. I move my TV between my bedroom and living room so this is nice for me. (3) This TV has Apple TV streaming capability. This unlocked a bunch of content. With my last TV, it was impossible for me to watch my Apple TV shows. There is only one downside. I am not a fan of the new remote. I really liked the old Smart Remote. It was a much simpler design with only a few button options. The new one has a lot more functionality because it is a universal remote, but I don't connect anything to my TV so it doesn't add any value to me. I wish I could figure out how to connect my old Smart Remote to the new TV but haven't figured out if it is possible. Overall I am very happy with this TV. Oh and also tested a TV from a different brand in the same price category and the Samsung is hands down a better experience.

Great TV, glossy screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaces a 18 year old LG 42". Very average TV viewing, no additional equipment used with it. One issue is an annoying screen reflection due to the position/mounting in my room, that has lots of windows. Screen could have been a more matte finish. Without windows or lamps in the room, there would be no problems.

Beautiful picture

this tv is great! has a beautiful picture, was easy to hang, and has a usb port built right in allowing us want anything we want. the only reason i have not given it 5 starts is i don't like that you can't remove some of the apps the tv comes with that we don't use. i also was not able to add the starz app so i have to watch from the browser. the browser is hard to navigate with the remote and it's time consuming.

LOVE MY TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is the best gift received unexpectedly. The picture is very clear and "personal". Being a "smart tv", it is easy to program recordings and stream shows. The size is very good, not oversized. I will surely purchase a Samsung upon replacement.
