[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the screen itself is awesome but I really bought the tv for the smart features and the autorun feature does not work at all. I'm a cord cutter and I would just like the tv to automatically open in the last app used and the auto run feature is supposed to facilitate that; it doesn't. At all. Makes it a little bit hard to figure out how to use the tv for my 75yr old grandmother. So I'm disappointed in that aspect.But the tv itself works out well.

The smart integration of pairing with both the smartthings app and Alexa mean that I don't have to find the remote to change volume, turn on the tv, or change channels/input. Way better quality than an LG tv I had purchased a couple years ago, and the Samsung TV was at a fantastic price! If I'm in the market for a tv again or offering a recommendation, this would be it.

I have been using this tv for about a month, and it seems I find new features every other day. I was using it for a week without internet (I had just moved) and was very pleasantly surprised when I found the Samsung TV channels once I was connected! Yet one more reason to cut the cord! It works with Apple and Alexa, has so many built in features, and the picture is unreal. The dual position legs is an amazing feature that I wish other larger tvs had. The only con I can come up with after a month is that I would really have liked one or two more HDMI inputs, but that's it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG prior to this and I thought that it was well made and had a perfect display but that thought quickly was erased when I set up my Samsung Crystal UHD 7000 series and viewed what an excellent display it had plus with multiple added benefits to it that allowed me to watch my Hulu, Netflix, and Apple Tv+ made it the perfect TV that I purchased and at an excellent price. Truthfully I have not found any faults with it and I am expecting to not find any in the future. I have already told multiple friends and family members that when they consider purchasing another TV that they need to look into purchasing this brand and style since at a perfect cost they will receive an excellent product that they will be proud to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Large TV ever and now I get what the hype is for. It's so nice to see everything on a big screen at home in detail. And the convenience of being signed into every app on your TV! And there's free TV and movies that Samsung automatically comes with that I didn't know about! The only thing is there is like 2 or 3 second lag with your remote pressing something and the TV responding to it, which is a teeny bit annoying but not something I can't live with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I just started to stream with this TV, mostly Tubi and YouTube and 4K looks pretty good. I'm a visual type of guy so I am pleased with the quality. Pressing buttons however lags a bit sometimes, but you know it still detects it. Wish the UI was smoother and easier to navigate. Sound isn't that great, but what TV does good there? All in all it rocks, with my surround speakers, in my small apartment.

My budget and the requirement to bring the family together with crystal clear colored picture, perfect sounds, and tens of applications. so after a week long studying, googling, and searching for the best and high rated TV that is my new TV Samsung 55" Crystal UHD 7 series. its beyond my expectations, very happy with the quality and performance. It has only 2 HDMI ports, the fact that it works with Alexa, Google, and Apple AirPlay makes up for it! It's got Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube integrated already too. I love how vibrant all the colors are - everything just pops! I'm super happy with this TV!!!

so this tv is nice and its a nice quality tv. but i cant tell a difference between this 4k tv and my 1080p tv. also the samsung smart hub is super slow and not put togerher good. and the remote i got, the down arrow was broke coming out of the box. i was also told it works with alexa. even says it on the box. and it doesnt. or cant figure out how to do it. and i have even googled it. ill never buy another samsung.
