i love my samsung purchase . its the perfect size for my living room . the pixel quality is clear , the only issue that i have is that when i'm listening to music i have to turn the volume pretty close to 100% (it gets loud around 70) but overall its a good purchase for the price

I have had this tv for a little over two weeks, and I love it! I was watching on a 24" screen and it really left a lot to be desired. The picture is perfect, and the sound is adequate. With an additional antenna I can watch all the local channels and it was very easy to add Netflix, Hulu, Disney, PBS, and a few others. I set it up by myself, I am 60 and 5'3" tall. I laid the tv on the bed to put the legs on, which were very easy to snap in, no tools needed!. I took it to the living room, hooked everything up an plugged it in. I have been enjoying every minute of my tv watching time. I can read the captions now without my glasses. Thank you Samsung for a great product!

the tv is beautiful and the picture quailty is amazing. the operating system is absolute trash. its extremely slow and glitchy. im getting logged out of streaming services and accidentally double clicking things. im also having an issue gaming with this tv because i am locked at 30fps with this so called “game-mode” on. ive tried everything i know to do with no result. tv is only decent.

i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... "happy trails to you ... "

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV all around has a decent SMART Universal Guide, UI experience, and ease of use to access various apps and add new ones. Crazy details that certainly making rewatching older and newer films quite an eye-opening experience. SMART features make it easy to sync with devices and other tech. There are quite a few options to update or moderate your preferred settings for color, brightness, balance, etc. Only thing that this TV doesn't handle well with higher colorful settings is gradients; things get muddy and not as smooth as other Samsung models, whether it'd be on an app screen or within a video.

I have satisfied with this TV because it has the best energy efficiency and looks like bird eye view :) such as clean and clear view. Also, I easy to handle the smart functions. Samsung provide so many channels.

I watch a lot of home improvement shows and I enjoy them more because of that. I even like the remote control that came with my television. It's easy to use and the key functions are big so it's easy to see them. I especially like that I can change the size of the picture on the screen and that it has a sleep timer. I'm very happy with my Samsung.

Set up was very easy also, we were watching it in no time! Even the sound on this TV is excellent on its own. We have several Samsung products and have been happy with them all. I bought this 55 inch samsung tv on line when it arrived I hooked it up it worked for a month then the screen went black. The repair man came I had a chip screen so small I did not see it. They say there is nothing they can do.i have aways had samsung products but after this no more very disappointed
