For its price, a great budget option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's TU7000 series aren't the best 4K TVs on the market, but if you were considering buying them, you probably already knew that. What's most important is that it looks great "enough." High brightness, decent software experience, and compatible with everything you need it to be compatible with. Surprisingly decent speakers, as well, with voices being particularly clear. Biggest downside: no real HDR implementation, despite the panel being able to receive HDR signals.

I love the features on this TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the features on this tv. I love how its easy to access everything and the game mode that turns off and on when I'm playing my game. If you're thinking about getting this tv, it's definitely worth the purchase.

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Great price !

This tv was bought for our family as a gift from my mother in law and boy she picked an awesome TV. Never had a big TV like this before and the clarity is amazing along with everything else lol. Thats why we're returning customers because as soon as you walk in your greeted and offered help and very patient and courteous.never had a bad experience with anyone there. Sorry for long review

Incredible picture!

Nice TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really better than I thought it was going to be. First, it has clips to keep the cord from being seen or in the way which is nice, and i like the way the legs are designed if you choose to not hang it up. The coolest thing I think is that I can just tap the back of my galaxy phone to the edge of the TV to screen share easily. It comes with a ton of Samsung channels, along with all of the typical apps that smart tvs have. The sound is great, picture is clear, it is quick to respond to commands, and I am really happy with this Samsung smart TV.

New TV for our bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 32" LG with this beautiful 43" Samsung Model UN43TU7000BXZA this smart tv was easy to setup and use for this 62 yr old guy. All streaming services nice installed Twitch app no problem set has a great picture. I could go on.

Just need a working device

i have only had this samsung tv for about 3 weeks now. i have already had trouble with things freezing and just now the sound went out. too soon for this many issues. i have had a few samsung tvs and other devices. the worst was my samsung fridge..already said i would never buy another samsung refrigerator but now do i have to swear off the tvs too. come on samsung you have to do better. for the amount of money spent this should not be happening especially so soon.wondering if it just needs to be returned.

To assist with your sound going out: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. So happy with the features this TV offers

Great Picture Quality

All streaming services work well, and since I have a Samsung smart phone, lots of the screen mirroring/Dex works amazingly. The controller also works well, and has had no issues with responsiveness.
