The graphics are amazing and I can do so much with this tv to include listening to music from my Apple music app on it. The downside is some apps do not work properly on this tv. HBOMax has some struggles, but has gotten better. SlingTV is awful on it.. The lag time when navigating through the tv is a challenge for me. Other than that, I think this tv is very well priced and it is a great addition to my home.

Purchased the Samsung UN65TU7000FXZA 65 in. 4K Crystal UHD TV. Had it a couple months now and overall it's just okay. For the cost of this t.v. I would recommend a QLED 4K Samsung instead or Sony 4K uhd. Read other reviews! Pros: The size is true to screen. The screen is very close to the edges and that is a nice feature. Connectivity easy enough for all ages. Setup is fairly simple for WiFi or wired. Pretty lightweight and easy to move around. The Sound quality is decent. Neg: Remote buttons are too close together. Big, To many buttons as well. The legs are too far apart. Needs a center stand. Sounds okay but needs a sound bar. Then it's nice when paired with the TV. Ports; needs 2 usb, 3 hdmi and most importantly needs to not be in a recessed small square as it's preventing a lot of devices from connecting to them without a flexible extension cable. “Picture” difficult to get the settings right. After about 3 weeks I finally got it as close as I can but still have yet to get the picture right! It's either jittery, fuzzy, blurry or cloudy and back in forth between all of the above. Movies you can get almost spot on unless it's action ones. Sports or any flick with a lot of action you will have to readjust settings again to see it more clearly. No matter how many times I've tried to change the settings including resetting and not changing almost anything it always has a slight cloudiness, or fuzziness, or blurry ness and it just never stays at where it should. I am a huge sports fan and part time gamer. Hundreds of reviews and videos on how to get the settings close as you can and I would recommend you look them up. If you are a sports fanatic or gamer as well I would go QLED Samsung as it's highly recommended for both uses. This is a decent spare room TV as I recommend looking for their slightly higher end Tv's for main living area.

I bought this TV because it was highly rated and a great price. To my dismay the menu and navigation of it is absolutely dreadful. I was previously using a Roku and was hoping to use the built in Samsung apps to navigate the various subscription services we view. The menu set-up is clunky doesn't really work and number of buttons required to push on the remote is unbelievably high to navigate from one app to another. Samsung says the apps menu is able to be modified but that is only partially true. I've found no way to delete the bloatware on the TV. I gave up and went back to the Roku. The Roku is not super easy to navigate but is 1,000 times better than this useless software installed on this Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has a very clear and vibrant picture. It was very easy to set up, but it is a hit heavy so it required two people. There are plenty of apps preinstalled and I also love that the remote has some preset app shortcuts of it's own. Theres only 2 hdmi hookups but that wasnt a issue for me. Another thing I like is that it has molding for the cable to run into to create a neater space. Due to the way the coax is set up it was hard to get my coax cable screwed into the port. This is also the first tv I've seen have a list of free tv shows and movies you can choose from. Overall it is a great product at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best TV i have owned. Amazingly clear picture, crystal clear audio and all the apps I could want. I won't say any names but I bought a TV just for it to not have HBO Max on it and ended up exchanging for this TV. Amazing choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's big for my room, but perfect. 43' or 50'. I prefer 50' because it can fit either in bedroom and living room. I love crystal UHD because it shows clear smooth pictures and have great features as Hulu plus live tv, Prime videos and many more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I've always been a Samsung guy. I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

The picture is excellent and the price was completely within our budget. I highly recommend this television!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is exceptional. I like all the features. The only problem I had was the closed captioning. I found it difficult to get CC on all channels. I have finally figured that out and now I'm a "happy camper".
