bought a 58 inch samsung in november 2020, picture was great, loved the extra channels with samsung plus, but about 3 weeks ago started getting bad pixels on the bottom of the screen, last night it completely went out, in the middle of watching a show, there appeared a brown spot as if the film was melting, at first we thought it was the station, but realized it was the tv when we could not get any other stations, seems this model was not reliable as, this size tv is no longer being made. very disappointed would have thought it would have lasted longer than 20 months, hope the 43 inch samsung i bought for the bedroom a year ago lasts longer than that

Not to mention that all of my shows come in great quality, and feel like they are playing right out in front of you. I told my boyfriend we should get a samsung TV, because I use to own a 32inch and it was really good. I love it my boyfriend can hook his Google phone up to it to watch movies. My Nintendo switch can turn it with a touch of a button. It's a really nice TV, I love that it's a smart TV to and it wasn't really expensive either! It is worth what we paid

i bought this tv and the picture is great; however, every time i turn it on, i have to reconnect it to the network. i have three other samsung's in the house and i do not have this issue with the other ones. sometimes, i am only able to access the samsung plus app. it will not allow me to access netflix, hulu, youtube, etc. i will turn it on and off and it still will not let me access it.

It has a very fast video processing which make it a great choice for sport, I watched soccer and really enjoyed watching at all time. We use TV for at least 12 hours per day (weekend around 16 hours) and we didn't observe any issue. The live streaming from netflix and prime is also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have a Samsung Curve 55" TV. I love my TV. Accessing the apps are very easy and fast. I think the remote control features can use an upgrade. Entering letters on the keyboard using the remote control can be long and frustrating especially if the wrong password or user is incorrect. You guys could start adding the picture in picture feature on more of your TV's. But still I love the TV. I'm trying to make my home all Samsung TV's.
