[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this tv is serving its purpose. The picture screen is large and crystal clear. We bought it to place covered outside with the intention of moving inside once it got cold. It is easy to pick up and move without overstraining.

after checking which smart tvs were good values, i decided on samsung. i purchased it online and delivery was quick and all parts arrived in excellent condition. while the instruction manual was kind of skimpy, there were plenty of youtube videos about setting it up. it was also easy to add an antenna for local channels, and the smartthings app did the heavy lifting for setting up the specifics for netflix and primevideo. and the picture? wow! i feel like i can reach out and touch the people and things displayed on the tv. i haven't hooked up the sound bar yet, but the sound from the tv itself is just fine for my needs. glad i purchased it.

the reason for the one star review is because this thing does everything you expect the television to do in 1983 it has a picture it has volume. he does the aforementioned well. what it doesn't do at all is easily add applications such as formula one television. my nine-year-old tv added such applications easy. this brand new variant after two hours of struggling to figure out how, successfully adding applications is eluding. perhaps there is a way but i'm done trying with this thing.

It has everything you need to have a relaxing time on the couch watching movies, live TV and, video games. We probably won't get a new TV in a few years but if we do its going to Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to upgrade from my older HD tv since I wanted to stream tv and my old tv's apps were too outdated to stream without another device. I am thoroughly impressed with the picture but even more impressed with the ease of using the apps and adding apps to take advantage of streaming apps that weren't pre-installed on the tv. I cut the cord and this is now my primary viewing device. The 4K picture is incredible and it works seamlessly with my streaming apps. Thanks for a great, intuitive device with exceptional picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a fantastic tv. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. From a user experience perspective, it has some issues. When turning the tv on after being on standby, the tv resets to the home screen even if one of the "smart buttons" is pushed. Also, in my opinion, the arrow buttons are too far down on the remote. It takes a little getting used to. This is only a minor annoyance. The first few weeks that we had the tv I noticed a slight flicker on the screen, which seemingly has not been a noticeable issue since then. On the bright side, the picture quality is great and the sound is too. It is thin, clear, and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Samsung tvs in 2 properties I own for a total of 8 tv. Last ear I decided to stream my content to cut down on my cable bill. I am very satisfied with the quality of the picture as well as the overall sound quality. I always get compliments on what a nice picture my TVs get. One of the TVs I have is the curved tv in Florida. A great picture from anywhere. In fact I was so impressed with the quality of Samsung TVs, that I recently redid a kitchen and replaced all the appliances with Samsung appliances.

sorry, one big issue i seem to have is my tu7000 is having is staying connected to the internet. my internet company upgraded my wifi. still gets knocked, this week 2 times. then i have issues with trying to reconnect. i find this unacceptable. my last unit lost it's picture, within 2 years. my first samsung, a non smart tv, still works, with no issue. i will never buy a samsung tv, again. i will go back to sony or may be panasonic.

I compared several tv's of this size and this definitely had the best specs. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will buy Samsung tv's again in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up. I watch my computer through HDMI 1 and roku through HDMI 2 and digital air tv as well. The setup was easy to accomplish and have had no issues with quality in video or audio. The wireless setup is updated regularly so it is always ready to view.
